The space

Our beautiful home is ideally located in Fulham just a couple of minutes walk from Fulham Broadway Tube Station. There are 4 bedrooms, making it ideal for families. The large light open plan reception is the heart of our home. It offers the perfect place to relax with family and friends. There is also a great little alcove tv area. All the bedrooms are light and spacious and there is a king size bed in the master bedroom! All of the beds are made up with fresh, luxury linens to ensure a great night’s sleep! You’ll also find plenty of storage space so you can get unpacking and start feeling at home right away. The second bedroom has a double bed. The third has two double beds on a mezzanine. We also have to bathrooms both with baths a real luxury in London. One has gorgeous huge free standing tub and the other has a shower. So our bathrooms are perfect for those who enjoy a soak in a baht or those who prefer to wake up in the mornings with the fantastic shower! Fluffy white towels and shampoo are provided. If cooking is your thing, you’re going to love spending time in the stylish kitchen. All the appliances are modern and easy to use - you’ll enjoy showing off your culinary skills here! There’s even a welcome pack stuffed full of coffee, tea (of course!), and proper English scones. There is also dining table ideal for you to sit around and enjoy a meal together and leads out onto our lovely terrace area. Our property will be professionally cleaned before your stay.


One thing is for sure; you will never go hungry in Fulham Broadway! There are so many great restaurants to choose from here. As well as recognisable brands such as Wagamama, Gourmet Burger Kitchen and Byron, there are hidden gems here too.The Harwood Arms is a pub with a Michelin Star but it hasn’t lost it’s friendly, local feeling.For authentic Vietnamese food, head to MeMe just across the street.Guests will have easy access to all the major events and attractions in London such as Hyde park, Buckingham Palace, Green Park, Wimbledon, etc. Also the home of Premier League Champions, Chelsea FC is just a couple of minutes walk away should you want to experience the glamour and emotions of a live Premier League or Champions League night. The famous Kings Road in Chelsea is just a fifteen minute walk away and has plenty of fantastic shops and restaurants. Particularly good restaurants near and on the Kings Road include La Familiga, Eight over Eight who do amazing Fusion cuisine and further up the Kings Road towards Sloane Square our other favourite is Al Dar for great Lebanese . Honestly there are too may to name so just have a wander! Fulham Palace is a hidden gem with it's wonderful palace , gardens and tea room . We also like to walk to Battersea Park going past Lots Road Auction House on my way and walking by the river . Take a stroll through Brompton cemetery too , beautiful! The fantastic Exhibition Road is also nearby where you will find tonnes of great museums and galleries such as the VandA and the Natural History Museum.


You will have the entire place to yourself!


Please note that my microwave is currently out of order. We'll have this fixed ASAP. There may be a viewing during your stay. These are few and far between and we will always let you know in advance if there is a request to view our home during your stay!

Window displays look chic and cars are convertibles in Fulham, a tidy respite for well-bred frivolity. Grand halls, classical cottages, and extravagant green spaces add to the neighborhood’s pristine aesthetic and undeniable good looks. Fulham doesn’t end its winning streak at nice homes and nicer automobiles—the neighborhood boasts first-rate restaurants, posh organic markets, and a premier soccer institution, Fulham Football Club. There are lots of great restaurants around Parson's Green and on King's Road. Also suggest the Ship pub on the opposite side of Wandsworth Bridge. Great for sitting outside in the summer.

Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.


  • The entrance to the home is on the ground floor and can be accessed easily at street level.
  • The home is then split over two levels with a wooden staircase with 15 steps between the floors.


  • There is WiFi throughout the home.


  • The home is in a residential complex. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
  • The home is close to Stamford Bridge (Chelsea FC stadium) and may be noisy on matchdays.

Cancellation Policy

For stays up to 27 nights, the cancellation policy is:

  • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
  • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
  • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date

For stays over 27 nights the cancellation terms might depend on the specific agreement with the host, on the length of the requested stay, and on city local regulations.
