The Space

Located eight floors up in a stunning modern high-rise condo in the Thonglor area of Bangkok, this charming and cozy home is your ideal base in Thailand's thriving capital city. The calming, neutral decor lends the whole condo a sense of bright openness and the modern fixtures and appliances allow you to live in ease and comfort. You can relax and recline on the sofa in the living area and enjoy watching a movie on the large flat-screen TV. Then why not open the large glass sliding doors and step out onto your private balcony to enjoy the view out over the city from eight floors up. Step back inside and you can head over to the kitchen to cook a delicious meal using the high-end modern appliances and equipment.

The bedroom boasts a large king size bed, complete with luxury linen and a supremely comfortable mattress. With large floor-to-ceiling windows that lead out onto a balcony, there is plenty of natural light that streams into the room and creates a bright, open space. The ensuite bathroom has a luxurious walk-in shower so you can freshen up after a day of exploring the city. In addition, as a guest staying in this beautiful home, you can enjoy access to the building's amazing rooftop swimming pool, as well as the indoor fitness room.

Neighbourhood

Your apartment sits in a stunning new residential development right in the heart of Watthana, a 15-minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the busy Sukhumvit Road, and secluded enough to offer you a quiet night’s sleep. You can walk in around 15 minutes to the Ekkamai BTS Skytrain Station, which can connect you quickly and easily to the rest of the city.

Based just off Ekkamai Road, you will be living nestled right in the heart of the trendy and hipster Ekkamai neighbourhood, known for its second-hand vintage clothing shops, late night cafes and alternative bars and restaurants. For more mainstream and high-end shopping opportunities, you are just a 10-minute taxi ride away from the shopping epicenter of Phrom Phong, where the Emporium and EmQuartier shopping malls are some of the biggest, best and newest additions to Bangkok’s burgeoning retail scene. In these malls, you can browse brands such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, Jimmy Choo, and Burberry, as well as many other affordable high street names. If the shopping gets a little too much, you can always indulge in a Thai massage. In Ekkamai, there is an abundance of massage parlours to cater to the demand, but Health Land is one of the best, with excellent service and massage quality.

For a great bite to eat in the neighbourhood, try Tamnak Isan or Hom Duan for delicious and truly authentic Thai cuisine. For more international flavours, Spice by Nature is one of the best Indian restaurants in the area, and Bourbon Street Restaurant & Oyster Bar has built up a reputation for excellent Cajun and Creole food. Just a couple of minutes from your home is Broken Eggs, a stylish Spanish tapas cafe that offers Spanish cuisine with global influences. Finally, on the food front, Theera is the place to go for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. For an evening drink, Ekkamai suffers slightly from being sandwiched between the nightlife centres of Thong lo and Phrom Phong, but there are some local drinking establishments very much worth a visit. To start the evening, head to WWA Cafe X Chooseless for a drink in an uber-trendy hip location which has become a favourite of Bangkok’s Instagram devotees. This stylish cafe bar closes at 9pm, so from there, why not head out for a late night beer Baan Rai Coffee. Meanwhile, craft beer enthusiasts should head to Mikkeller Bangkok, with 30 taps stocking beer from around the world.

Access

You have access to the entire apartment, which is cleaned professionally with fresh luxury linens and is prepared for each new visitor. 

We'll arrange for a welcome person to meet you at the property to hand over the keys and let you into the home. Our standard check-in time is from 3pm but if you arrive early, we can arrange a bag drop.

Check-in

Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.

Noise

Cancellation Policy

For stays up to 27 nights, the cancellation policy is:

  • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
  • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
  • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date

For stays over 27 nights the cancellation terms might depend on the specific agreement with the host, on the length of the requested stay, and on city local regulations.
