The space

Welcome to your home away from home in the bustling Thai capital. This apartment is a stylish base for your explorations, boasting glossy wooden flooring in the living and bedroom. Picture yourself stepping into this 23rd-floor abode after a long day working or sightseeing. The first thing you´ll see are two huge glass patio doors which let in streams of light. You can enjoy stunning views from the balcony with your favourite drink before returning inside to cosy up on the sofa in front of the flat-screen TV.

You can make the most of a full-size fridge freezer to store all of your groceries in the kitchen and a glass top stove and microwave will be at your disposal when it comes to mealtimes. In the bedroom, a comfortable queen bed dressed with luxury linens awaits. Unpack your luggage into the floor to ceiling wardrobe with full-length mirror and feel right at home. You can freshen up in the large walk-in shower before heading out for the day. Within the building you´ll find a swimming pool and fitness centre, so you can stay in shape while you´re away.

Access

You have access to the entire apartment, which is cleaned professionally with fresh luxury linens and is prepared for each new visitor. 

We'll arrange for a welcome person to meet you at the property to hand over the keys and let you into the home. Our standard check-in time is from 3pm.

This home sits on the 23rd floor of the building and can be accessed by elevator from street level.

Neighbourhood

Located right in the heart of the Watthana district, on Sukhumvit Road, your home away from home is in an area of interesting restaurants, fancy bars and high end shops. The tower is just a two-minute walk away from the Thong Lo BTS Skytrain station, from where you can quickly and easily travel to many other parts of the city.

Just a five minute taxi ride away is the EmQuartier shopping mall, with an excellent range of shops, including top fashion labels such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, and Jimmy Choo. More affordable high street names include Zara, Uniqlo, H&M, Gap and Super Dry.

There are plenty of excellent places to enjoy a bite to eat in the area, whatever your taste is. For Italian cuisine, specifically mouth-watering pizza and pasta dishes, try Beccofino with its refined atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff and an excellent wine list. Soul Food Mahanakorn is an excellent choice or a family style restaurant with hearty meat dishes and a friendly atmosphere. Plus, it’s only a seven-minute walk from tower where your home sits, and it serves dishes including pork belly curry, smoked duck and crispy sea bass. For an upmarket, refined dining option, the Gardens of Dinsor Palace offers diners a selection of beautifully presented international cuisine, including a variety of seafood.

For an evening drink, you can sip a tasty cocktail with a superb view of the Bangkok skyline at the Octave Rooftop Lounge and Bar on the 45th floor of the Marriott Hotel Sukhumvit. Alternatively, if you’d prefer the atmosphere of a saloon style bar, The Owl Society Gastro Bar is a great option, with regular live music. Finally, for beer lovers, the nearby Ekamai Beer House is good for a chilled glass of craft ale from an excellent list of quality brews.

Check-in

Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.

  • You can enter the property by taking the elevator up to the 23th floor.

  • There is air conditioning and a balcony within the apartment.

Noise

  • The apartment is in a shared residential building. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

Cancellation Policy

For stays up to 27 nights, the cancellation policy is:

  • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
  • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
  • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date

For stays over 27 nights the cancellation terms might depend on the specific agreement with the host, on the length of the requested stay, and on city local regulations.
