The Space

Located six floors up in a modern and elegant residential tower close to the trendy Sukhumvit Road, you are well positioned to enjoy the best of what Bangkok has to offer. Step in through the front door and you will immediately be greeted by a view of the stylish decor and design that makes this home unique. A neutral colour scheme, light wood flooring, and off-white leather upholstered furniture all combine to lend the apartment a sense of space and openness that exudes great style. Relax on the leather sofa in the living room with marble tiled walls and enjoy a movie on the enormous flat-screen TV, or step out onto your own private balcony and enjoy the view. If you love to cook then the modern kitchen in the apartment has everything you need to create a delicious hot dish, including a large fridge, a glass-topped electric stove, a microwave and a double sink.

Neighbourhood

Your home away from home sits in a stunning new tower that is one of a collection of super-modern, sleekly-designed skyscraper residential buildings to rise over the Bangkok skyline. It is conveniently located just a leisurely 10-minute walk from Thong Lo BTS Skytrain station on the Sukhumvit Line, meaning that you can enjoy quick and easy access via public transport to downtown Bangkok and the wider city.

Sukhumvit is well known for is many high-end shopping opportunities and a walk or a short taxi ride away from your home  you’ll find the top fashion brand outlets at EmQuartier and the Emporium shopping centres where you can browse luxuries by brands such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, Jimmy Choo, and Burberry.

For something a little different, head further up the Sukhumvit Road and visit the Kamthieng House Museum where a beautiful old traditional teak Thai wooden house has been lovingly restored and hides in an oasis of tranquil calm in the middle of the busy city. Alternatively, just enjoy a sit down in the green surroundings of Benchasiri Park.

Food wise, the area is brimming with wonderful places to grab a bite. For fine Italian dining, La Bottega di Luca is just a three-minute walk from the tower and serves elegant and sophisticated gourmet dishes. Similarly, you can enjoy gourmet French cuisine at Philippe in Sukhumvit. For an authentic Thai meal, try Saengchai Phochana on Sukhumvit Road for hearty family Thai and Chinese fare. For an evening drink, try Rabbit Hole with its rugged industrial look and brilliant cocktail list. Alternatively, you can sip on a cocktail in the quirky yet classy surroundings of The Iron Fairies. Access

You have access to the entire apartment, which is cleaned professionally with fresh luxury linens and is prepared for each new visitor. 

We'll arrange for a welcome person to meet you at the property to hand over the keys and let you into the home. Our standard check-in time is from 3pm but if you arrive early, we can arrange a bag drop.

Check-in

Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.

  • The home sits on the 6th floor of the building and can quickly and easily be accessed via the elevator.

  • Guests have access to the fitness room and swimming pool in the building.

Noise

  • The home sits within a large residential building in a busy area of Bangkok. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

Cancellation Policy

For stays up to 27 nights, the cancellation policy is:

  • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
  • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
  • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date

For stays over 27 nights the cancellation terms might depend on the specific agreement with the host, on the length of the requested stay, and on city local regulations.
