The Space

Located in the centre of Lisbon, close to the famous Avenida da Liberdade, this cosy and chic apartment could be your ideal home away from home in Portugal's capital city. you can easily relax in the living room, with your feet up on the sofa as you watch a movie on the wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The compact and elegant kitchen area is perfect for cooking a delicious snack, using the modern glass-topped electric stove. The walls in the kitchen area are lined with stylish black and white Lisbon tiling, in a reference to the historic industry of the city.

The bedroom is bright and spacious, with a large double bed that is topped with a high-quality mattress and fitted with hotel-standard luxury linen. As well as a comfortable bed, the room also has ample storage space in the mirror-fronted wardrobe. The beautifully designed bathroom is one of the real highlights of the apartment. With a gorgeous design of small dar tiles across all the walls and the floor, the wet room effect includes a spacious walk-in rainfall shower. With the Marquês de Pombal metro station just a seven-minute walk away, you'll also be well connected to the rest of the city.

You have access to the entire apartment, which is cleaned professionally with fresh luxury linens and is prepared for each new visitor. 

We'll arrange for a welcome person to meet you at the property to hand over the keys and let you into the home. Our standard check-in time is from 3pm.

Neighbourhood

Based around a long, wide 19th-century boulevard in the heart of downtown Lisbon, the Avenida da Liberdade neighborhood is awash with high-end shops, beautiful gardens and places to eat and drink. For shopping lovers, the Avenue itself is a heaven of high-end brands including Cartier, Miu Miu, Louis Vuitton, and Gucci, meaning that this area is often dubbed Lisbon’s most chic neighborhood. Just off the famous boulevard is the city’s Botanical Gardens; a perfect place to take a stroll around and enjoy the beautiful greenery.

For a classy bite to eat, make a booking at JNcQUOI, a modern concept space with a restaurant that offers delicious light bites as well as larger meals and has an eye-catching bar. Meanwhile, the best brunch in the area goes to Valverde Hotel’s Sítio, especially if you can grab a poolside seat on a Sunday. For something different, try some traditional Russian dishes at the eccentric Russian Stanislav restaurant.

If you’re looking for a cool spot for an evening drink, then try the Red Frog Speakeasy. There is no sign, and just a red frog by the doorbell to let you know that you’ve arrived at this amazing speakeasy. Alternatively, you can sip on a delicious cocktail as you look out over panoramic views of the city from the Sky Bar, located at the top of the Tivoli Avenida Hotel. Finally, the Deck 7 Bar and Rooftop Lounge is perhaps Lisbon’s only rooftop bar that also features a jacuzzi, for the ultimate indulgence as you sip your cocktail.

Check-in

Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.

Access

  • The home is on the ground floor of the building and is easy to access at street level.

  • The sofa in the living area converts into a single sofa bed.
  • There is WiFi in the home.

Noise

  • The home is in a shared residential building. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

Cancellation Policy

For stays up to 27 nights, the cancellation policy is:

  • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
  • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
  • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date

For stays over 27 nights the cancellation terms might depend on the specific agreement with the host, on the length of the requested stay, and on city local regulations.
