The Space

Step through the door of this third-floor apartment and you'll be greeted by the sight of a welcoming and inviting home, complete with wooden flooring, stylish furniture, and brights splashes of colour that add vibrancy and a sense of fun to the apartment. You can easily picture yourself relaxing on the black leather sofa, with bright pink throw cushions. or stepping out onto your own balcony by simply opening up the sliding glass doors. Head back inside and you can imagine yourself preparing a delicious feast in the well-appointed kitchen.

The bedroom is the ideal place to go to chill out and enjoy a great night's rest. The comfortable double bed is topped with a high-quality mattress and fitted with luxury linen and, during the daytime, the large window means the room is bathed in natural light. The spacious bathroom ncludes a corner shower unit for that refreshing wash in the morning or after a long day of exploring the city. In addition, as a guest staying in this beautiful home, you can enjoy access to the building's amazing swimming pool, as well as the fitness room. 


Your new home away from home is located in the Sukhumvit area of Bangkok and is conveniently located just a seven-minutes walk from the Phrom Phong BTS station, meaning that you can get around the city quickly and easily on the elevated Skytrains. The area around the tower and the Phrom Phong station is an affluent and popular neighborhood and is a paradise for shoppers, with many top name outlets and high-end fashion shops, alongside regular retail stores and boutiques. Immediately next to your home is the sleek and modern EmQuartier shopping mall (opened in 2015), with an excellent range of shops, including top fashion labels such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, Dolce & Gabbana and Jimmy Choo. More affordable high street names include Zara, Uniqlo, H&M, Gap and Super Dry. Across the Sukhumvit Road, and attached to Phrom Phong station is The Emporium mall with more top brands such as Dior, Tiffany & Co. and Burberry. For a relaxing sit in a green space, be sure to spend some time in Benchasiri Park, over the road from the condo and next to Phrom Phong station. 

When it comes to finding the perfect place to eat and enjoy a drink, the district has plenty of offer. Akira Back is a brilliant Korean-American restaurant on the other side of Benchasiri Park from your home in the Marriott Marquis Queen's Park Hotel, serving dishes that fuses Japanese, Korean and western cuisine. For a lunch meal on a small budget, try the Brainwake Cafe, a the base of the Soi 33 Tower. The noodle soup with pork and glass noodles is particularly good. For an evening drink, try Vanilla Sky in the Compass SkyView tower for an evening cocktail while you watch the sunset. If you’re more of a beer person, then Brewski at the Radisson Blu is the city’s only rooftop craft beer bar with a selection of 100 beers to choose from and brilliant views over the city.


You have access to the entire apartment, which is cleaned professionally with fresh luxury linens and is prepared for each new visitor. 

We'll arrange for a welcome person to meet you at the property to hand over the keys and let you into the home. Our standard check-in time is from 3pm but if you arrive early, we can arrange a bag drop.

This home sits on the 3rd floor of a modern building and can easily be accessed via the elevator.

Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.


  • The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building and can be accessed by elevator from street level.


  • Guests have access to the fitness room and swimming pool in the building.


  • The apartment is in a shared residential building. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

Cancellation Policy

For stays up to 27 nights, the cancellation policy is:

  • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
  • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
  • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date

For stays over 27 nights the cancellation terms might depend on the specific agreement with the host, on the length of the requested stay, and on city local regulations.
