The Space

Located in a brand new condo building close to the thriving Chatuchak market, this bright and modern condo could be your ideal home away from home in the lively and exciting city of Bangkok. Step through the door and you'll immediately see a large sofa where you can relax and recline as you enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV. Through an innovative glass partition that maximises the amount of light in the home, you'll find another sofa, meaning that you'll have plenty of options for places to relax and chill out. In the kitchen area, you'll find everything you need to prepare and cook a delicious meal, including ample preparation surfaces and a high-quality, glass-topped electric stove. 

When the time comes to rest at night, the bedroom is a welcoming and peaceful space. With large windows and tasteful, neutral decor, the bedroom is the perfect place in which to rest and enjoy a great night's sleep. The bed itself is a supremely comfortable large queen size, with a high-quality mattress and hotel-quality luxury linen. The bathroom, meanwhile, features a large walk-in shower so you can freshen up after a long day of working or exploring the city. In addition, as a guest staying in this beautiful home, you can enjoy access to the building's amazing outdoor swimming pool, as well as the indoor fitness room and the rooftop garden area.

Neighbourhood

The Chatuchak Park MTR station and the Mo Chit BTS Skytrain station are both just an 8-minute walk from the tower that hosts your new home away from home, meaning that the area is very well connected with the rest of the city by public transport. The tower sits in a green and leafy neighbourhood in the North of Bangkok, opposite the huge, expansive area of green space that encompasses Chatuchak Park, Queen Sirikit Park and Wachirabenchatat Park. For a family day out, the Children’s Discovery Museum is well worth a look, while the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) is perfect for this with an eye for culture. Also, the large, sprawling Chatuchak Market with its many stalls and a weird and wonderful selection of goods for sale.

When it comes to finding the best place to eat nearby, you’ll need to be prepared to walk as there are not many restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the tower. Vegetarian Cottage is just about within easy walking distance and serves meat-free dishes that attract visitors from all over the city. A little further away, to the north of Chatuchak Park, is Le Danang, an upmarket Vietnamese restaurant with a smart interior and excellent menu. Olive Fusion combines authentic Thai and pan-Asian flavours with European cuisine (particularly Italian) for a unique menu. Finally, The Fat Cow is a small but high-quality burger joint with a good range of patties and beer selection.

For an evening drink, try Method to My Madness on the intersection of Thanon Lat Phrao and Phahonyothin Road for a fun atmosphere and a great menu of cocktails and beers. Next door is the Black Wolf Barber Shop where a hair salon meets a night time bar for a quirky experience. In Chatuchak Market at the southern end of the park, try a drink and a bite to eat in Viva8, with its low key atmosphere and friendly staff.

Access

You have access to the entire apartment, which is cleaned professionally with fresh luxury linens and is prepared for each new visitor. 

We'll arrange for a welcome person to meet you at the property to hand over the keys and let you into the home. Our standard check-in time is from 3pm but if you arrive early, we can arrange a bag drop.

This home sits on the 4th floor of a modern building and can easily be accessed via the elevator.

Check-in

Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.

Noise

Cancellation Policy

For stays up to 27 nights, the cancellation policy is:

  • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
  • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
  • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date

For stays over 27 nights the cancellation terms might depend on the specific agreement with the host, on the length of the requested stay, and on city local regulations.
