The Space

In a stylish residential building in the heart of the Sathorn area of Bangkok this expansive, well designed, modern condo home is your perfect retreat away from the excitement and bustle of the streets of the Thai capital. Step through the door and you'll find yourself in the light, bright and stylish open-plan living area. There is a large sofa, two comfortable armchairs and a soft footrest on which you can recline and relax, as well as a coffee table and a flat-screen TV. Next to the living room you'll find the stylish kitchen, with its modern feel, and sleek design. There's a microwave,  electric stove, full-size fridge-freezer and ample preparation surfaces. Plus, with an up to six-seater dining table, you can sit and eat your meals in comfort with friends or family.

The master bedroom is a well designed and comfortable space, with wooden flooring, a large super king-size bed a large window, a wall-mounted TV and ample built-in wardrobe and storage space. The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and there is a second bathroom in the home which is decorated in a sleek, modern style with tiled walls and a walk-in shower. In the second bedroom, you'll find two single beds, each of which is also topped with a comfortable mattress and fitted with luxury linen. Also, as a guest staying in this beautiful home, you can enjoy access to the building's amazing swimming pool and a well-equipped gym.


Your home is located in the very heart of the modern commercial Sathorn district, not far from the busy Naradhiwat Raganajarindra Road. Being in the commercial heart of the city, you’ll be surrounded by impressive highrise buildings that showcase Bangkok’s impressive growth and evolution into an important financial hub in the region. For a little culture, M.R. Kukrit’s House is a unique heritage center, dedicated to M R Kukrit Pramoj, a former Thai Prime Minister and talented poet and artist. The home is set up as a traditional Thai house and features artifacts from the history of the city and M R Kukrit’s life. In terms of transport options, the nearest BTS Skytrain station is just a short 10-12 minute taxi ride away at Chong Nonsi. However, there are plenty of buses and taxis that run along the main Naradhiwat Raganajarindra Road, just 300m from your condo.

There are plenty of good quality restaurants nearby so you’ll never be left short of options when it comes to eating out. You can enjoy tasty French cuisine at Le Coq en Pâte, with a varied menu at a reasonable price. For good Japanese food on a budget, head to Tennen Toufu, where you can pick up a hearty Japanese meal without having to spend a fortune. You can enjoy a truly international menu that will please the whole family at The Vintage Bistro, with a mix of barbeque, steakhouse classics, Italian and pan-European dishes. Finally, if you’re really hungry, then you can enjoy all you can eat Sukiyaki in the friendly and sociable atmosphere of Ebisu Shabu. For a drink in the evening, head over to the Zoom Sky Bar for a stylish cocktail atop a tall building that gives you stunning views out over the city as you socialise and enjoy the classy atmosphere of one of Bangkok’s better sky bars.


You have access to the entire condo, which is cleaned professionally with fresh luxury linens and is prepared for each new visitor. 

We'll arrange for a welcome person to meet you at the property to hand over the keys and let you into the home. Our standard check-in time is from 3pm but if you arrive early, we can arrange a bag drop.

This home sits on the 15th floor of a modern highrise building and can easily be accessed via the elevator.

Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.


  • Your home is on the 15th floor of the building. Please take the main elevator from the main lobby A to 3A floor first to access residential elevator.
  • Then take another elevator up to your room's level (15).

Cancellation Policy

For stays up to 27 nights, the cancellation policy is:

  • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
  • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
  • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date

For stays over 27 nights the cancellation terms might depend on the specific agreement with the host, on the length of the requested stay, and on city local regulations.
