Welcome to my home! My beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath apartment, in vibrant Southwark, is a 200 year old converted warehouse. It’s a stylish and comfortable place to stay with terrific transport links. You’re a 15 minute walk away from the nearest tube and, more exciting, there is a River Boat that takes you straight into Central London along the River Thames just a 4 min walk away from the apartment. Enjoy access to the communal roof terrace with fantastic views of London. I hope you enjoy your stay!

The space

My stylish 2 bedroom apartment is the perfect base when visiting London. Conveniently located in the exciting area of Southwark, overlooking the River Thames and with great transport links, you’ll be right in the hub of the city but able to escape the hustle and bustle! The living area is light and airy with a beautiful, modern design and lovely finishing touches - the exposed brick walls are a reminder of the building’s history as a former fur warehouse. Relax on the sofas, hang out, make yourself at home! It’s a welcoming and inviting space where you can kick back. The sofa opens out into a double bed, so you can sleep 6 people in the property. On sunnier days, you can head up to the large communal roof terrace. If cooking is your thing, you’re going to love spending time in the stylish, open-plan kitchen. All the appliances are modern and easy to use - you’ll enjoy showing off your culinary skills here! There’s even a welcome pack stuffed full of coffee, tea (of course!), and proper English scones. The ground floor bedroom has a comfortable double bed and, with fresh luxury linens, what more do you need for a good night’s sleep? You don’t have to live out of your suitcase; fitted wardrobes means plenty of storage room so you can get unpacking and start feeling at home right away. Freshen up in the lovely ground floor bathroom - enjoy a soak in the large tub. White fluffy towels, shampoo, shower gel and hand soaps are provided! The spacious first floor bedroom has a second double bed. This is a chic place to get some rest. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay.

Neighbourhood

The nearest pub, The Ship & Whale, has great food and drinks, and is a 1 minute walk, if you walk slowly. Odessa Wharf is situated within 4 minutes walking distance of the Thames Clipper Boat service calling at Greenland Pier providing pleasant river transport to Canary Wharf and Central London to the West, and Greenwich to the East. If you like the London Underground then it is also approximately one mile from Surrey Quays shopping centre, overground station and Canada Water Jubilee line station, giving easy access to both Canary Wharf and the West End. The Olympic park and extensive shopping centre at Stratford is also on the Jubilee line. My number 1 favourite restaurant is Simplicity, 1 Tunnel Road, Rotherhithe, SE16 4JJ. Number 2 is Yellow House, 126 Lower Road, Rotherhithe, SE16 2UE Canada Water is a freshwater lake and wildlife refuge in Rotherhithe in the Docklands, South East London. It is an exciting part of London with a friendly feel to it and plenty to explore nearby. If you’re interested in the history of the area, it might be worth trying one of Paul Talling’s Grand Surrey Canal walking tours; they track the long lost waterway through Surrey Quays. These sell out in advance so definitely book ahead of time. The Captain Kidd is a terrific pub overlooking the Thames - a great place to stop for a drink. Or go for a wander in Southwark Park where they also have a cafe and a gallery. The Narrow restaurant is a local favourite. It is in Limehouse and has a terrace that looks out over the River Thames. Great food and a lovely atmosphere. To experience food from all over the world, head to Maltby Street Market (open on weekends) where you can spend hours getting full from various food trucks. Boisdale in nearby Canary Wharf is a restaurant bar where you can enjoy jazz, blues, and tribute acts every night of the week! You definitely won’t get bored!

Access

Guests will have access to the entire apartment and communal roof garden. There is also a parking space for guest use.

Check-in

Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.

Access

  • The entrance to the home is on the ground floor, with easy access at street level.
  • There is a staircase inside the home to reach the upstairs bedrooms.

Amenities

  • The sofa in the living room converts into a double sofa bed.
  • There is a dishwasher in the kitchen.

Noise

  • The home is on a residential street. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

Cancellation Policy

For stays up to 27 nights, the cancellation policy is:

  • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
  • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
  • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date

For stays over 27 nights the cancellation terms might depend on the specific agreement with the host, on the length of the requested stay, and on city local regulations.
