The Space

Your condo sits on the 21st floor of a superb modern highrise residential building in the Thonglor neighbourhood and provides the highest quality amenities, as well as amazing panoramic views of the city. Step through the front door and you'll enter the spacious and enticing living room, with a large sofa and easy chair, as well as a coffee table and huge flat-screen TV for your entertainment. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows cover one entire wall and offer you spectacular views out over the city, especially at night. In the comfortable and spacious kitchen and dining area, you'll find a fridge, microwave and electric stove, and everything you need to prepare a delicious meal for yourself of your family and friends. What's more, when you've prepared your culinary masterpiece, you can sit down with your companions to enjoy the meal around the four-seater marble-topped dining table.

When you want to enjoy some restful sleep, or simply put your feet up and relax at any time, simply move through to the master bedroom and enjoy its peaceful, calming neutral decor. Here, you'll find a large king-size bed, topped with a high-quality mattress and superior linen. Natural light floods into the room through the large, floor-to-ceiling window that really brightens up the home, projecting a sense of openness and space. Your apartment sits in a stunning new residential development right in the heart of Watthana, on Soi Sukhumvit 55, a 25-minute walk or a short taxi ride from the hustle and bustle of the busy Sukhumvit Road, and secluded enough to offer you a quiet night’s sleep. You are also just 10 minutes’ walk from Khlong Tan train station with even more transport options around the city. You are nestled right in the heart of the trendy and hipster Ekkamai neighbourhood, known for its second-hand vintage clothing shops, late-night cafes and alternative bars and restaurants. For more mainstream and high-end shopping opportunities, you are less than a 10-minute taxi ride away from the shopping epicentre of Phrom Phong, where the Emporium and EmQuartier shopping malls are some of the biggest, best and newest additions to Bangkok’s burgeoning retail scene. In these malls, you can browse brands such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, Jimmy Choo and Burberry, as well as many other affordable high street names. If the shopping gets a little too much, you can always indulge in a Thai massage. In Ekkamai, there is an abundance of massage parlours to cater to the demand, but Health Land is one of the best, with excellent service and massage quality.

For a great bite to eat in the neighbourhood, try Tamnak Isan for delicious and truly authentic Thai cuisine, or Hom Duan which offers equally delicious food but is a little further away from your home. For more international flavours, Spice by Nature is one of the best Indian restaurants in the area, and Bourbon Street Restaurant & Oyster Bar has built up a reputation for excellent Cajun and Creole food. Finally, on the food front, Di Vino Bangkok is the place to go for hearty family-friendly Italian cuisine. For an evening drink, Ekkamai suffers slightly from being sandwiched between the nightlife centres of Thong lo and Phrom Phong, but there are some local drinking establishments very much worth a visit.  For a late-night beer, Baan Rai Coffee and craft beer enthusiasts should head to Mikkeller Bangkok, with 30 taps stocking beer from around the world. Finally, BottomsUp is a great hip wine and beer bistro bar that is just a 7-minute walk from your home.


You have access to the entire condo, which is cleaned professionally with fresh luxury linens and is prepared for each new visitor. 

We'll arrange for a welcome person to meet you at the property to hand over the keys and let you into the home. Our standard check-in time is from 3pm but if you arrive early, we can arrange a bag drop.

Sleeping arrangments


    Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.

    • There is air conditioning in the apartment.
    • Guests enjoy access to the swimming pool and gym in the building.


    • The apartment is in a shared residential building. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

    Cancellation Policy

    For stays up to 27 nights, the cancellation policy is:

    • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
    • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
    • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date

    For stays over 27 nights the cancellation terms might depend on the specific agreement with the host, on the length of the requested stay, and on city local regulations.
