Step through the door and you'll enter the large open living room, where you can relax, work or socialise, perhaps reclining on one of the two comfortable sofas as you enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV. The carefully chosen wall art and the elegant wooden flooring lends the space a sense of style. Move through to the kitchen area and you'll find everything you need to create a delicious meal, including a  large, freestanding fridge, a microwave, and electric oven and a stove. There is ample preparation surface area so you can est your culinary skills. When you want to gather with your friends or family to enjoy a meal together, you can sit around the stylish four-seater dining table.

With calm, neutral decor and large windows, the stylish master bedroom in this elegant home boasts a huge super king-sized bed, fitted with hotel-quality linen and a super-comfortable mattress. Finally, as a guest staying in this beautiful home, you can enjoy access to the building's rooftop swimming pool and a well-equipped fitness room.


Located near the thriving and bustling Sukhumvit Road, in the heart of Bangkok, you will be well placed to enjoy the best of what the incredible city has to offer. The tower is located just a 12-minute walk away from the Nana BTS Skytrain station, with excellent transport links to downtown Bangkok and other parts of the city. The local Sukhumvit area is bustling with energy and life and is considered one of the most desirable areas of Bangkok to live. Just down Sukhumvit Road, by Asok BTS station, is the Terminal 21 shopping centre, where each of the floors of the complex is themed around a different nation and culture. If you’ve shopped ‘til you’ve dropped and you need a pick me up, then try a revitalising spa day at Yunomori onsen & spa. For a breath of fresh air in one of the city’s green spaces, check out the nearby Benchakiti Park which has a lovely lake, exercise area and jogging path.

You have access to the entire condo, which is cleaned professionally with fresh luxury linens and is prepared for each new visitor. 

We'll arrange for a welcome person to meet you at the property to hand over the keys and let you into the home. Our standard check-in time is from 3pm but if you arrive early, we can arrange a bag drop.

This home sits on the 7th floor of a modern residential building and can easily be accessed via the elevator.

Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.


  • The apartment is on the 7th floor of the building and can be accessed by elevator.


  • There is a rooftop swimming pool, as well as a sauna and fitness room in the building.


  • The condo is in a residential building. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

Cancellation Policy

For stays up to 27 nights, the cancellation policy is:

  • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
  • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
  • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date

For stays over 27 nights the cancellation terms might depend on the specific agreement with the host, on the length of the requested stay, and on city local regulations.
