Luxurious 87m2 haussmannian-style apartment at the foot of the famous Saint Sulpice Church, only 2 minutes away from the Luxembourg Garden. Enjoy an amazing experience at the heart of Saint Germain des Prés. In the midst of Parisian boutiques and art galleries, take a seat at the terrace of one of the iconic Saint Germain Cafe. Ideally located nearby metro stations (line 10, line 12 and line 4) and numerous bus stops. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere at the heart of Paris' left bank!

The space

This spacious and fully equipped apartment is located at the second floor of a magnificent Haussmann-style building. It offers all the comfort needed to make you journey in Paris quiet and unforgettable. It can host up to 5 guests. This 87m2 apartment comprises a bright living room leading on to a small balcony with a view on Saint Sulpice Church, as well as two large bedrooms, one bathroom and separate toilets. The master bedroom (on the back) has one double bed, one desk and large storage facilities. The second bedroom has two single beds and one desk. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped.

The home of Paris’ avant-garde intellectuals since the 1940s, the beautiful and perpetually interesting area of Saint-Germain is now home to many top end fashion shops, bars and restaurants. The area centres around the Church of St. Germain des Prés, which is over 850 years old and well worth a look around for its fine gothic interior. Head south to the iconic Luxembourg Gardens and enjoy a walk around some of the 62 acres of beautifully sculpted green space dating back to the 17th century. Nearby is the world famous art gallery the Musée d'Orsay, which is home to many iconic works by artists including Monet, Degas, Renoir, Cézanne and Van Gogh. Remember to book in advance to avoid the lengthy queues. Finally, if you are a shopaholic, then head to Le Bon Marché, one of Paris’ most famous department stores, selling high end fashion from labels such as Gucci, Chloé and Louis Vuitton. Next door is La Grande Epicerie, which is known as “Paris’ Pantry” and is a high end food market with stalls selling the very best fresh produce.

For a bite to eat, try Le Caméléon; a traditional French bistro with an exciting and well crafted menu. Meanwhile, Le Comptoir du Relais offers an upmarket brasserie menu during the week with a five-course prix fixe at the weekends. Paris may be known for its haute cuisine, but if what you really need is a hearty slap up breakfast (especially the morning after a night of enjoying plenty of French wine), then try Breakfast in America for great US style diner food. For an evening drink, try Café Laurent, but be prepared to pay a high rice for your beverage. This legendary bar and cafe has been open over 300 years and previous patrons include Voltaire, Rousseau and Jean Paul Sartre. For a more laid back atmosphere, Caveau de la Huchette is a converted cellar that pays Jazz, swing and rock music as you drink and dance. For a cheap and cheerful cocktail bar, Le Cavern Club is the place to go with cocktails from as little as €3.50.

Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.

Noise

  • The home is in a shared residential building. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

Cancellation Policy

For stays up to 27 nights, the cancellation policy is:

  • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
  • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
  • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date

For stays over 27 nights the cancellation terms might depend on the specific agreement with the host, on the length of the requested stay, and on city local regulations.
