It is very comfortably furnished in contemporary style and equipped with everything you need for a short break in central London. It will also always come professionally cleaned with 100% cotton luxury linens.
Welcome to my home and welcome to this amazing city! Let me walk you through my place a little more! The apartment has a really spacious and colourful living room which has a real family feel to it. There is a comfy sofa and an additional armchair for guests to use where you can put your feet up in the evenings, kick back and relax! Fancy an evening off? Then sit back, relax and turn on the flat screen TV. There are plenty of channels for you to enjoy. The living area is also home to the dining area, which is the perfect spot to enjoy some local delicacies. Top tip, try out Duke of York Square food market on a Saturday just down the road from Sloane Square tube station - you will be sure to take home some edible goodies from here! If cooking a gourmet meal at home is more your thing, then rest assured the kitchen will have everything you need in it such as all the basic condiments, and as an added extra we make sure that there is also always plenty of tea, coffee and sugar so that you can make yourself a traditional British cuppa in the morning! There are also all the mod-cons such as toaster, kettle and dishwasher that you might expect. We really want to ensure that you have a comfortable stay here in London! There are three bedrooms in the house all with comfy double beds. All the bedrooms are spacious with colourful homely touches. There is also plenty of storage space for guests to store all their belongings. Finally, the property also benefits from 2 bathrooms. Both bathrooms are bright and contemporary in style and one has a bath (which really is a treat in central London)! The bathrooms will always come stocked with plenty of white fluffy towels and all the essential toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap that you need to ensure that you have a comfortable stay in London. The apartment comes with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, so that you can look fresh for exploring the city or for any business meetings! A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request.
Oh Chelsea! Where do I begin to describe you?! If you are a shopaholic, you will know Chelsea for its high end boutiques on Sloane Street and Kings Road. If you are a sports fan, you will know Chelsea for the famous Chelsea Football Club. If you are into home interiors, the you will know Chelsea for the Chelsea Design Centre and the stores on New Kings Road. If you are a culture vulture, then you will know that the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea houses some of the greatest museum's in the world - the Natural History Museum, the Victoria & Albert Museum etc. So you see Chelsea has something for everyone. From fast cars to fast fashion you will find the best of everything here. Now the house itself is just off Kings Road so you will be in all the action within 2 minutes but the street on which the house is located is actually very quiet. You won't find a more exciting place for your stay in London.
The apartment is your own. Cleaned professionally with fresh luxury linens, it's prepared for each new visitor.
To access the flat you have to go up six flights of stairs. Each flight has 8 steps. There is also one flight of stairs within the flat. This means that it may not be suitable for elderly or disabled people. There is no lift access. The balcony door is a little tricky to operate. Make sure that the right hand door is firmly shut, then lift handle and then turn the key. OCTOBER 2017: The building will have standard blue mesh scaffolding up from October 2017 for re-painting & re-decoration of the building. This means there will be building works, albeit not noisy & the external parts of the building might not be the most sightly. But that's London for you as most of the premium areas of Chelsea & Kensington are going through their refurbishments :)
If shopping is your thing, then you will be in heaven… Chelsea and nearby Knightsbridge are famous for being home to Harrods and Harvey Nichols, two of the most iconic British department stores. You are also just a short walk away from Sloane Street where you’ll find row after row of high-end fashion boutiques; it is worth walking past just have a look at the beautiful store window displays. At the end of Sloane Street, is Sloane Square where you’ll find...more shops! The King’s Road is another famous destination if you’re looking to spend some money. Take a walk around Chelsea Physic Garden, London's oldest botanical Garden, a 5 minute walk.Great modern art at the Saatchi Gallery in the Duke of York's barracks by Sloane Square, with lots of great restaurants right there.
It’s not all shopping; there are great restaurants too. Chelsea has plenty of high-end restaurants; some with Michelin stars. The Ivy has a beautiful garden. The Pig's Ear is a pub with a focus on food. Phoenix gastropub on Smith Street, very good pub food. Ziani on Radnor Walk, classic Italian.
