The Space

You can recline and relax on one the comfortable sofa as you watch a movie on the wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Then, why not sit with a friend or partner at the two-seater dining table and enjoy the view out of the window as you eat. In the kitchen area, you'll find everything you need to prepare and cook a delicious feast, including ample preparation surfaces and a high-quality, glass-topped electric stove. 

The bedroom area sits adjacent to the living area in the open-plan design and boasts a supremely comfortable king size bed, topped with a comfortable mattress and fitted with luxury linen. With a large window, the room has a light, calming feel that makes it the ideal place to get a relaxed and restful night's sleep. Open up the large glass door in the bedroom and you'll be able to step out onto your own private balcony. The modern bathroom features a simple green tiled decor, with a large walk-in shower so you can freshen up in the mornings, or after a long day in the city. In addition, as a guest staying in this beautiful home, you can enjoy access to the building's amazing outdoor swimming pool, as well as the well-equipped fitness room.


Your home is located in the very heart of the trendy Bang Rak district, and just a short three-minute walk to the Sam Yan MTR station, from where you can quickly and easily travel to many other parts of the city. If you want to experience an authentic Bangkok market, the head to the Patpong Night Market, where you’ll find a bustling energy in the hours after dark and many stalls selling clothing, electronics and much more. If you’re just in the mood for a gentle walk or a romantic stroll then take a long stroll or a taxi to the banks of the Chao Phraya River, where you can enjoy boat rides, floating restaurants, and pleasant views day or night. Not too far from your home is the intriguing Chulalongkorn University Centenary Park, a modern, sculptured outdoor space by the University campus that was designed to celebrate the future and the next 100 years in Thailand’s development as a nation.

There are plenty of options nearby for great food. Sam Yan is a vibrant and authentic part of Bangkok that is known for its excellent street food. With the spectre of gentrification looming, now is the time to explore the many amazing street food stalls and restaurants that appear around this neighbourhood. As far as more permanent and upmarket eateries go, The Water Library is a surprising delight. Don’t be put off by its location in a shopping mall, this popular fine dining restaurant has an excellent western-influenced menu and a high-quality wine list. Fork & Cork by Sphinx is a relaxed and gay-friendly restaurant with a great mix of  Thai and western cuisine in surroundings of shabby chic, rustic decor.

For an evening drink, try Scarlett or the Vesper Cocktail Bar for a relaxed atmosphere and reasonably priced cocktails. There are plenty of excellent rooftop and high-rise bars in the towers that dominate the nearby Bang Rak area and the riverbanks. Try Distil Bar at the Lebua State Tower for a Mojito as you enjoy watching the sun go down. Alternatively, the Author's Lounge at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel is a fascinating place to enjoy a cocktail, knowing that famous writers including Noel Coward and Joseph Conrad chose to make the bar their regular in Bangkok.


You have access to the entire apartment, which is cleaned professionally with fresh luxury linens and is prepared for each new visitor. 

We'll arrange for a welcome person to meet you at the property to hand over the keys and let you into the home. Our standard check-in time is from 3pm but if you arrive early, we can arrange a bag drop.

Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.

  • The apartment is in a shared residential building. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

Cancellation Policy

For stays up to 27 nights, the cancellation policy is:

  • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
  • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
  • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date

For stays over 27 nights the cancellation terms might depend on the specific agreement with the host, on the length of the requested stay, and on city local regulations.
