The space

Welcome to your sky-high Bangkok abode. Staying here, you´ll benefit from all the facilities of the modern Jatukak-Mochit Condo including a swimming pool and fitness centre, as well as spectacular views of the city skyline. And they´ll be the first thing you notice upon entrance to the flat; the living room is separated from the bedroom - which features wall to wall windows - via a glass partition, giving you almost uninterrupted views. Picture yourself settling down after a long day of sightseeing with the city as your backdrop. Take a seat on the leather sofa and extend its footrest for maximum comfort while you catch a film on the flat-screen TV.

If you fancy a night in, you can take advantage of the compact kitchenette. Unpack your groceries into the full-size fridge and make use of the modern facilities to create some Thai- inspired dishes. When you´re ready to call it a night, slide open the partition door to the bedroom. The queen-size been will be fitted with luxury linens prior to your arrival to ensure a comfortable night´s sleep. For a breath of fresh air, you can step out onto the small balcony which also houses a washing machine, meaning you can keep your clothes fresh while you´re away. 

Access

You have access to the entire apartment, which is cleaned professionally with fresh luxury linens and is prepared for each new visitor. 

We'll arrange for a welcome person to meet you at the property to hand over the keys and let you into the home. Our standard check-in time is from 3pm.

This home sits on the 23rd floor of the building and can be accessed by walking up three flights of stairs from street level. 

Neighbourhood

The Chatuchak Park MTR station and the Mo Chit BTS Skytrain station are both just a 5-10 minute walk from the tower that hosts your new home away from home, meaning that the area is very well connected with the rest of the city by public transport. The tower sits in a green and leafy neighborhood in the North of Bangkok, opposite the huge, expansive area of green space that encompasses Chatuchak Park, Queen Sirikit Park and Wachirabenchatat Park. For a family day out, the Children’s Discovery Museum is well worth a look. Also, the large, sprawling Chatuchak Market with its many stalls and weird and wonderful selection of goods for sale.

When it comes to finding the best place to eat nearby, you’ll need to be prepared to walk as there are not many restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the tower. The closest quality spot is Laemgate; a reasonably priced seafood buffet with tasty dishes and a relaxed atmosphere. A little further away, but still within walking distance is Le Danang, an upmarket Vietnamese restaurant with a smart interior and excellent menu. Finally, The Fat Cow is a small but high quality burger joint with a good range of patties and beer selection.

For an evening drink, try Method to My Madness on the intersection of Thanon Lat Phrao and Phahonyothin Road for a fun atmosphere and a great menu of cocktails and beers. Next door is the Black Wolf Barber Shop where a hair salon meets a night time bar for a quirky experience. In Chatuchak Market at the southern end of the park, try a drink and a bite to eat in Viva8, with its low key atmosphere and friendly staff.

Check-in

Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.

Noise

  • The apartment is in a shared residential building. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

Cancellation Policy

For stays up to 27 nights, the cancellation policy is:

  • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
  • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
  • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date

For stays over 27 nights the cancellation terms might depend on the specific agreement with the host, on the length of the requested stay, and on city local regulations.
