The Space

Incorporating intelligent modern design and contemporary luxury, this bright and stylish four-bedroom home is the perfect place in which to base yourself and your family in Bangkok. In the spacious living room, you'll find a large designer sofa and armchair, as well as multiple designer coffee tables and large windows that allow the room to be filled with natural light throughout the day. At the end of the living room, you can simply open the sliding glass doors and step out on your a spacious balcony, the perfect spot for socialising in the fresh air. Moving back through the home, you'll come across the kitchen area and here you'll find everything you need to create a delicious meal. There's a large fridge, a microwave, an oven and a stove, as well as plenty of preparation surfaces so you can really show off your culinary skills. In the garden, you'll find a large patio, complete with outdoor furniture so you and your family can sit outside and enjoy eating meals and socialising in the fresh air and sunshine. On the far side of your private grassy lawn is a wooden double swing, which is ideal for both adults and children.

With calm, neutral decor and large windows, the master bedroom in this elegant home boasts a king-sized bed, fitted with hotel-quality linen and a super-comfortable mattress. The large window allows the bedroom to be bathed in natural light throughout the day and the dark wood flooring throughout the home lends each room a sense of sophistication and style. There is also ample storage and wardrobe space for all your clothing and belongings. The spacious ensuite bathroom is a light space, with bright tiling on all the walls, and features a large walk-in power shower, so you can freshen up in style. In each of the other three bedrooms, you'll find a similarly comfortable king-size bed, with the same dark wooden flooring, spacious design and stylish interior decor. There are then another three bathrooms, in addition to the master ensuite, boasting a combination of large bathtubs and spacious walk-in showers. Also, as a guest staying in this beautiful home, you can enjoy access to the building's outdoor swimming pool.


Your beautiful new home away from home is located in the Bang Kapi district of Bangkok, a mainly residential suburb that is well off the tourist trail, meaning you can enjoy a more authentic experience of the real Bangkok. You’re located just a 14-minute walk from Ramkhamkaeng Train Station, so you can quickly and easily reach central Bangkok via the Airport Rail Link. Just a short taxi ride through Bang Kapi and you’ll find what has unofficially been dubbed the Airplane Graveyard; a bizarre and intriguing place with the crumbling carcasses of old passenger airliners strewn about. For a little culture, head to the Prasart Museum, which encompasses one man’s vast private collection of artefacts from prehistory, antiquity and the modern era, charting the history of Bangkok. Sports fans may wish to visit Rajamangala National Stadium, the home of the Thai football team and a host venue for many other major events.

There are plenty of places to eat around Ramkhamkaeng and Bang Kapi. The area is blessed with an abundance of incredible street food markets that cater to regular working citizens of Bangkok and avoid the high prices and lapses in quality of the more touristic areas. For a more westernised, sit-down meal, The Sinthorn Steak House is known for great meat dishes and is just a 10-15 minute taxi ride from our home. For a coffee, most malls in the district will house a Starbucks for an international flavour. For a drink in the evening, there is an abundance of bars to cater to the student crowd from Ramkhamkaeng University and many of the city’s best gay bars outside the centre of Bangkok are located along Ramkhamkaeng Soi.


You have access to the entire condo, which is cleaned professionally with fresh luxury linens and is prepared for each new visitor. 

We'll arrange for a welcome person to meet you at the property to hand over the keys and let you into the home. Our standard check-in time is from 3pm but if you arrive early, we can arrange a bag drop.

The entrance to this home sits on the ground floor of the building and there are stairs within the home to reach the upstairs bedrooms.

Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.


  • The entrance to the home is on the ground floor and there are stairs within the building to reach the upstairs bedrooms.
  • There is no elevator.


  • Guests can enjoy the use of the swimming pool on the compound.


  • The home is in a residential development. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

Cancellation Policy

For stays up to 27 nights, the cancellation policy is:

  • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
  • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
  • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date

For stays over 27 nights the cancellation terms might depend on the specific agreement with the host, on the length of the requested stay, and on city local regulations.
