The space

Welcome to your home away from home in Bangkok´s trendy Sukhumvit neighbourhood. The apartment is set within a high-risee serviced building with fantastic amenities including a fitness and exercise room with gym equipment, a swimming pool and your own parking space. The luxurious glass-fronted exterior of the building is impressive, as is the interior you´ll find when you step into your sleek one-bedroom apartment which is both tastefully designed and boasts excellent features which will ensure a comfortable stay.

Wooden flooring and warm tones in the living room create an inviting ambiance. You can grab your favourite book and snuggle up on the sofa after a long day, or enjoy the views from your balcony with a glass of wine. Sharing the same space, you´ll find a compact kitchenette at your disposal throughout your stay, so you can treat yourself to some home-cooked meals and enjoy them at the bar table adjacent. When you´re ready to settle down for the night, you can get cozy in the comfortable king size bed dressed with luxurious linens. A wide window draws in plenty of light which can be blocked out with blinds. Unpack into the built in wardrobe and feel at home before drifting off into a peaceful sleep.

Neighbourhood

You home away from home sits just off the major Sukhumvit Road into central Bangkok and is just a two minute walk from Asok Skytrain BTS station. The imposing and impressive ultra modern glass fronted building is at the heart of a trendy and exciting neighborhood with an abundance of high end shops, restaurants and bars.

For fans of shopping, the Terminal 21 shopping mall is a must-visit destination. The mall is packed with outlets from top brands such as Levis jeans and Lacoste and many other shops over 10 floors. If you want to enjoy some green space in the city then head to nearby Benchakitti Park with its beautiful fountain.

When it comes to finding places to eat in the Khlong Toei Nuea area, you will be spoilt for choice. Layers is a fine Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine restaurant where the cold mezze is particularly good. For Italian food, try Appia for a menu that combines Roman and southern Italian style dishes. Finally, All Six To Twelve is a great choice for modern Thai and fusion food.

When you’d like to find somewhere for an evening drink, a top recommendation is CRAFT, a bar-pub dedicated to a diverse range of craft beers for those who want something beyond the usual range of drinks.

You have access to the entire apartment, which is cleaned professionally with fresh luxury linens and is prepared for each new visitor. 
 
We'll arrange for a welcome person to meet you at the property to hand over the keys and let you into the home. Our standard check-in time is from 3pm but if you arrive early, we can arrange a bag drop.
 
This home sits on the third floor of a modern building and can easily be accessed via the elevator.

Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.

Cancellation Policy

For stays up to 27 nights, the cancellation policy is:

  • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
  • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
  • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date

For stays over 27 nights the cancellation terms might depend on the specific agreement with the host, on the length of the requested stay, and on city local regulations.
