The Space

Your condo home features a calming neutral colour scheme and little touches of designer flair, making it a stylish and comfortable place to call home. As you enter the condo, you'll find yourself in the living area where you can relax, work or socialise, perhaps reclining on the comfortable sofa as you enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV. If you slide open the glass doors at the end of the living room, you can step out onto your own balcony, from where you can enjoy brilliant views of the city and feel the cool air breeze through your home. Head back through to the kitchen area and you'll find everything you need to create a delicious meal, including a  large, freestanding fridge, a microwave, and a glass-topped electric stove. There is also a four-seater dining table so you can enjoy a delicious meal with your friends or family.

Your apartment sits in a stunning new residential development right in the heart of Watthana, a 15-20 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the busy Sukhumvit Road, and secluded enough to offer you a quiet night’s sleep. You can walk in around 15 minutes to the Ekkamai BTS Skytrain Station, which can connect you quickly and easily to the rest of the city. You are also a half-hour walk from Khlong Tan train station with even more transport options around the city.

Based just off Ekkamai Road, you are nestled right in the heart of the trendy and hipster Ekkamai neighbourhood, known for its second-hand vintage clothing shops, late-night cafes and alternative bars and restaurants. For more mainstream and high-end shopping opportunities, you are just a 10-minute taxi ride away from the shopping epicentre of Phrom Phong, where the Emporium and EmQuartier shopping malls are some of the biggest, best and newest additions to Bangkok’s burgeoning retail scene. In these malls, you can browse brands such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, Jimmy Choo and Burberry, as well as many other affordable high street names. If the shopping gets a little too much, you can always indulge in a Thai massage. In Ekkamai, there is an abundance of massage parlours to cater to the demand, but Health Land is one of the best, with excellent service and massage quality.

For a great bite to eat in the neighbourhood, try Tamnak Isan or Hom Duan for delicious and truly authentic Thai cuisine. For more international flavours, Spice by Nature is one of the best Indian restaurants in the area, and Bourbon Street Restaurant & Oyster Bar has built up a reputation for excellent Cajun and Creole food. Finally, on the food front, Theera is the place to go for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. For an evening drink, Ekkamai suffers slightly from being sandwiched between the nightlife centres of Thong lo and Phrom Phong, but there are some local drinking establishments very much worth a visit.  For a late-night beer Baan Rai Coffee and craft beer enthusiasts should head to Mikkeller Bangkok, with 30 taps stocking beer from around the world.


You have access to the entire condo, which is cleaned professionally with fresh luxury linens and is prepared for each new visitor. 

We'll arrange for a welcome person to meet you at the property to hand over the keys and let you into the home. Our standard check-in time is from 3pm but if you arrive early, we can arrange a bag drop.

This home sits on the 14th floor of a modern highrise building and can easily be accessed via the elevator.

Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.

  • Guests enjoy access to the gym, swimming pool and sauna in the building.


  • The apartment is in a shared residential building. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

Cancellation Policy

For stays up to 27 nights, the cancellation policy is:

  • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
  • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
  • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date

For stays over 27 nights the cancellation terms might depend on the specific agreement with the host, on the length of the requested stay, and on city local regulations.
