The Space

Situated on the fourth floor of a bright and modern apartment building in central Lisbon, this elegant home could be your ideal base in the Portuguese capital. Imagine yourself relaxing in the charming living room, with its sophisticated herringbone parquet wooden flooring. you can recline with your feet up on the sofa or sit with friends around the gorgeous vintage wooden dining table. The kitchen is the perfect place in which to prepare a delicious meal, with a selection of high-quality modern appliances, and even a breakfast bar to sit at as you eat a snack. On the many days that Lisbon enjoys throughout the year, you can step out onto your own covered balcony and sit in the fresh air to eat a meal or read a book at the outdoor furniture, as you enjoy views out over the city.

The master bedroom also boasts the herringbone parquet wooden flooring present in the living room, as well as a super king size bed. With a high-quality mattress and luxury, hotel-standard linen, you'll be sure to enjoy a great night's sleep, every night. The second bedroom features a comfortable sofa bed, meaning that you can use the room either as a place to rest or as a second living room, with a wall-mounted TV so you can enjoy a good movie during an evening in. The modern bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower so you can easily freshen up in the mornings or after a long day of exploring the city.


You have access to the entire apartment, which is cleaned professionally with fresh luxury linens and is prepared for each new visitor. 

We'll arrange for a welcome person to meet you at the property to hand over the keys and let you into the home. Our standard check-in time is from 3pm.

Av Almirante Reis is a mainly residential area to the north of the central downtown of Lisbon, with a friendly and very local feel, it is generally off the tourist trail and therefore a great place to explore the real Lisbon. The major landmark if the area is the Fonte Luminosa (Luminous Fountain), a marvel of 1940s modernist structural design and the area is also home to the oldest coffee shop in Lisbon: Cafe Imperio. The revitalization of Santana Hill makes the area a real prospect to be a hip and trendy hub in the city. Take a trip to the Viuva Lamego Factory in Largo do Intendente. The old factories from the mid-1800s are beautifully decorated with colorful tiles and now house exhibitions on the wonderful world of Portuguese brands. At the heart of this working-class neighborhood is the Market Mercado de Arroios; a fruit, fish and flower market where you can browse stalls of fresh produce and take in the sights and smells of a working city.

When it comes to finding a great place to eat in the neighborhood, start with Cerqueira; a superb example of traditional local Lisbon cuisine. The restaurant itself is fairly modest, but the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food make it a good recommendation. Try the octopus rice and dobrada à Portuguesa. More incredible seafood can be found at Ramiro restaurant, which is revered by locals and tourists alike.

Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.


  • The home is on the fourth floor of the building and can be reached by taking the elevator up from street level.
  • City tax and ID: A government-mandated city tax of €2 per person per day (except for children under 12 years), will be charged to you at check-in. Also, your govt ID will be collected at check-in for submission to the authorities as required by local laws. Please note, city tax is only applicable for a maximum of 7 days continuous. We do not accept cash.


  • There is air conditioning in the home.


  • The house is in a shared building. Please be respectful to the neighbours - no noise after 10PM.

Cancellation Policy

For stays up to 27 nights, the cancellation policy is:

  • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
  • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
  • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date

For stays over 27 nights the cancellation terms might depend on the specific agreement with the host, on the length of the requested stay, and on city local regulations.
