Welcome to our home! We are so excited to open up my property to fellow Airbnb travellers. Our 3 bedroom house is located in the beautiful, exclusive area of Kensington. If you are wanting to explore London you can do so easily with the nearest tube station being under 5 minutes walk away. My large, luxury whole home is perfect for those wanting to stay somewhere really special. I hope you enjoy your stay!

The space

Our beautiful home is ideally located in Kensington under 5 minutes walk away from Gloucester Road tube station. There are 3 bedrooms, making it ideal for families. Our home is very spacious. The ground floor has a large dining room that comfortably seats 6 decorated in a beautiful traditional style. My kitchen is fantastic for those who enjoy cooking as it is fully kitted out with everything you could possibly need. The dining room and kitchen are connected but have an optional partition so you get the best of both worlds. We will also always provide tea, coffee, sugar and scones as a complimentary welcome pack. On the first floor, you will find my large light living area. With a table perfect for doing work, lots of comfy seating and a tv. There is also a lovely terrace area. The master bedroom has a massive king size bed. All of the beds are made up with fresh, luxury linens to ensure a great night’s sleep! You’ll also find plenty of storage space in all the bedrooms so you can get unpacking and start feeling at home right away. The 2 other bedrooms have double beds. The bedroom on the top floor also opens up onto a lovely terrace area and has 2 additional single beds for those who can brave the climb! The master bedroom has an amazing ensuite with a massive bath perfect for those who enjoy a soak. If you are more a shower person there are showers in the other 3 bathrooms. Having so many bathrooms is a real luxury in London. Fluffy white towels and shampoo are provided.


My home is located in a beautiful area overlooking a park less than 5 minutes walk away from the tube so it is a great base for exploring London from. The desirable area of Kensington is popular for a reason. There is so much to do and see and this house could not be better placed for exploring. You are just a 10 minutes walk away from Exhibition Road where you’ll find the Natural History Museum, Science Museum and the Victoria & Albert. Gloucester road Road itself offers lots of fantastic eating opportunities. The Bombay Brasserie on Gloucester Road is a renowned and highly-rated Indian restaurant with a skylit conservatory. Very good food. Tendido Cero and Cambio de Tercio are sister restaurants on opposite sides of Old Brompton Road. Tendido Cero is a casual tapas bar, with delicious Spanish food and a buzzing atmosphere. Cambio de Tercio has more of a traditional restaurant feel to it and the food, also Spanish, is just as good! Worth booking.


You will have the whole large home to yourself and have access to it all!


The lights in one of the bathrooms don't work. This is not a problem in the day and at night you have 3 other bathrooms to choose from!

The desirable area of Kensington is popular for a reason. Actually, lots of reasons! There really is so much to do and see and this property could not be better placed for exploring! High Street Kensington is the famous shopping street and also where you’ll find the tube station. For restaurants head to The Ivy Kensington Brasserie or Aubaine for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner!

The area of Kensington is not short of pubs! The Churchill Arms is probably the prettiest of them all. Worth checking out even just to Instagram it’s beautiful facade!

The Kensington Roof Gardens is a trendy evening destination and a unique venue in London.

Just across the road is Kensington Palace. The gardens here join with Hyde Park and walking through it is a must. If the weather is nice, why not rent a pedalo or a rowing boat and laze around on the Serpentine lake? You are just a 20 minute walk away from Exhibition Road where you’ll find the Natural History Museum, Science Museum and the Victoria & Albert. Pop to Wholefoods to stock up on supplies. This huge health-food supermarket is stuffed full of organic produce and just around the corner from the house.

This side street is famous and quintessentially British. Browse the antique shops and boutiques.

Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.


  • The house is situated on the ground floor and can be accessed from street level. There are several flights of stairs within the home.

Cancellation Policy

For stays up to 27 nights, the cancellation policy is:

  • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
  • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
  • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date

For stays over 27 nights the cancellation terms might depend on the specific agreement with the host, on the length of the requested stay, and on city local regulations.
