The space

Step in to the world of a real Englishman. This home has been the abode of many from my family. Now I live here on most days of the week. But when I am not here, I like to open it up to discerning and respectful guests from Airbnb. The flat is decorated in a traditional style without being too fussy. The effect is of elegance and charm and undestated luxury. You will love staying here at the fraction of the price of the neighbouring Mandarin Oriental. Indeed this flat is only an 8 minute walk from Knightsbridge station and only 5 minutes away from the famed Harrods and Harvey Nics - the most iconic department stores of the world. My family has decorated the flat in some beautiful vintage items and luxury fabrics. Therefore this place may not be entirely appropriate for little kids as parents may constantly worry about causing damage. The flat is located at the basement level but is quite bright. The main door opens into a spacious and charming living room. Only 1 of the bedrooms in the apartment is available for the guests. The bed will be made up in clean white luxurious linens. There is one bathroom shared by both bedrooms and a little kitchen perfect for cooking a light meal. I have provided fluffy white towels for my guests along with shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer for the ladies. The kitchen comes equipped with basic cooking essentials and tea, coffee and sugar.

If shopping is your thing, then you will be in heaven... Knightsbridge is famous for being home to Harrods and Harvey Nichols, two of the most iconic British department stores. You are also just a short walk away from Sloane Street where you’ll find row after row of high-end fashion boutiques.

Knightsbridge is home to plenty of London’s famous restaurants; Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, Zuma, One O One (delicious French-style fish), as well as lots of local, hidden gems just waiting to be discovered.

Brompton Road is always alive and bustling with bars and restaurants that stay open late. You’ll never be short of somewhere to grab a bite. Exhibition Road is a short walk away - this is where you’ll find the Natural History Museum, the Science Museum and the V&A. The Royal Albert Hall is also just around the corner.

Having Hyde Park on your doorstep is also a huge treat!

Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.


  • The flats is on lower ground floor (-1) and opposite to flat 2. If you decide to take the lift the door will be just in front of it (flat door is not numbered).


  • You may turn up/down lights on bedrooms and living room, rotating the light switches


  • Out of respect for our neighbours, please try and keep disruptive noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.

Cancellation Policy

For stays up to 27 nights, the cancellation policy is:

  • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
  • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
  • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date

For stays over 27 nights the cancellation terms might depend on the specific agreement with the host, on the length of the requested stay, and on city local regulations.
