The Space

The flat is located on the 4th floor of an historical and elegant building with elevator access. The living room has a one-of-a-kind ornamental marble fireplace, two velvet armchairs and a very comfortable leather sofa. The sofa converts to a double sofa bed in which will sleep a further two people. An elegant glass table is located right in front of TV, where you can enjoy a relaxing meal cooked at home or a take away delicious pizza. You can watch hundreds of channels on our TV. Although given the great location and the amount of things to do in Rome, our guess is that you might not even have time to watch TV! A free Wireless access is available. In the living room you will also find plenty of board games, DVDs and books of all kinds. Bedroom number one has a very comfortable medium-firm double bed, an antique wardrobe, and a dresser. There is also a rail to hang your coats and put your suitcase so everything is neat and tidy whilst you're here. A large window brings a lot of light during the day, and the sliding shutters mean (most of) the light is blocked in the night and in the morning. Bedroom number two also has a large wardrobe to keep all your belongings in during your staying in Rome. This bedroom has been decorated with a lovely bamboo single bed and matching coat hanger and night stand. The kitchen is very well equipped - and there is always tea and coffee available so you can make yourself a nice breakfast and feel right at home. The master bathroom has a free standing 1950s bathtub and a shower. Fluffy towels and all the essential toiletries will be provided for you. Another small bathroom with WC and sink is located in the kitchen, accessible through a sliding door. 


You have access to the entire apartment, which is cleaned professionally with fresh luxury linens and is prepared for each new visitor. 

We'll arrange for a welcome person to meet you at the property to hand over the keys and let you into the home. Our standard check-in time is from 3pm.

This home sits on the fourth floor of the building and can be accessed by taking the elevator up from street level.


Since it’s gentrification in the 1930s, Monti has gained a reputation as trendy neighborhood for the young and creative crowd, a world away from its time as Ancient Rome’s red light district 2000 years ago. Be sure to visit the beautiful and imposing Santa Maria Maggiore basilica is the largest Catholic Marian church in Rome which is well worth a look around for its stunning interior. Rome’s alternative fashion scene has its epicenter on the Via del Boschetto in Monti, and here you can browse independent shops with unusual and attention grabbing garments. For a more vintage shopping experience, head to the Mercato Monti, a weekend market where the craftspeople and artists of the area run stalls that slidify the neighborhoods trendy hipster vibe. For the best way to soak up the atmosphere of the area, simply take a stroll to Piazza della Madonna dei Monti and grab an ice cream to eat as you perch on the edge of the unassuming renaissance era fountain. The beautiful piazza has a look about it where every view could be a still from a classy Italian film.

For a tasty and healthy lunch, head to Aromaticus, which appear to combine the feeling of a gardening shop with a daytime cafe. Try the chickpea soup and one of the fresh pressed juices. Alternatively try one of the much admired rosetta stuffed sandwiches from Zia Rosetta. For a bite to eat in the evening, move on to Urbana 47 where you can enjoy small plates and non-traditional Mediterranean dishes in a modern and welcoming environment. Alternatively, Trattoria da Valentino is a more traditional Italian trattoria and home to a reasonably priced menu of Roman favourites. La Carbonara, opened in 1906, is also a fantastically unusual place to enjoy dinner. The traditional menu is at odds with the graffiti covered walls, that you are encouraged to add to when you visit. For the perfect evening aperitivo, try Ai Tre Scalini which opened in 1895 and regularly sees customers spill out on the streets enjoying a glass of wine or a chilled craft beer. You can also enjoy a beer or a cocktail in a place that feels like the living room of a studied intellectual at Libreria Caffè Bohemien, thanks to the decor of comfy sofas and bookshelves.

Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.

Cancellation Policy

For stays up to 27 nights, the cancellation policy is:

  • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
  • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
  • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date

For stays over 27 nights the cancellation terms might depend on the specific agreement with the host, on the length of the requested stay, and on city local regulations.
