The space

This bright apartment is a great option for those looking for a comfortable and modern spot to base themselves in the vibrant Thai capital. The living room is inviting and features minimalistic design. Illuminated with natural light during the day which floods through from the balcony doors in the kitchen, it´s where you can spend your free time relaxing and watching TV on the sofa. If you´re staying in for the night, you´ll find a microwave, stove and full-size fridge among other amenities which will help you rustle up some delicious meals.  A two-seater dining table adjacent is where you can enjoy them, and it´s also where you can catch up on any emails if you´re in the city for work. 

Take a rejuvenating shower in the bathroom after a day in the city. Fresh towels and toiletries will be provided for your convenience, leaving you feeling refreshed and ready to wind down for the night. You´ll be pleased to find luxurious linens lining the king size bed in the all-white bedroom. Unpack your luggage in the wooden wardrobe and make yourself at home before drawing the curtains which cover the floor to ceiling window overlooking a leafy outdoor space below. You have access to this and more communal spaces during your stay including a fully-equipped fitness centre and opulent marble floor lounge area.

Neighbourhood

Located at the very easternmost end of the Watthana district of the city, your home is a stylish and modern condo development a leisurely 20-minute walk from the Phra Khanong BTS Skytrain station with quick transport links to downtown Bangkok.

The Habito Mall shopping centre is located just around the corner from the condo. The mall includes the Korean hair salon, Sunshine by Prestige and a high-quality leather shoe outlet called BSN Factory Outlet.

When it comes to finding a great place to eat, the area around the condo will not let you down. Azzurro Forty Six Italian restaurant near the home has a tasty pizza and pasta menu while Best Beef does exactly what you’d imagine it would with that name; it serves some of the best beef and other meat dishes in this part of the city. In the Habito Mall around the corner from Hasu Haus, the Papa Shabu restaurant serves delicious soups to the shopping crowd and Teien, which is Thailand’s flagship premium sushi bar is also in the mall.

For a drink in the evening, try The Moon Bar for cheap drinks and a fun, music-filled atmosphere. Alternatively, Craftpital is an authentic craft beer bar with a great range of tasty brews. For something a little more upmarket, you can enjoy a cocktail with a brilliant view over the Bangkok skyline at the Cielo Sky Bar, on the 46th floor of the Skywalk Condominium.

Access

You have access to the entire apartment, which is cleaned professionally with fresh luxury linens and is prepared for each new visitor. 

We'll arrange for a welcome person to meet you at the property to hand over the keys and let you into the home. Our standard check-in time is from 3 pm but if you arrive early, we can arrange a bag drop.

This home sits on the third floor of a modern building and can easily be accessed via the elevator.

Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.

Cancellation Policy

For stays up to 27 nights, the cancellation policy is:

  • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
  • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
  • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date

For stays over 27 nights the cancellation terms might depend on the specific agreement with the host, on the length of the requested stay, and on city local regulations.
