You will have the entire place to yourself! My home is a spacious ground floor garden flat on a quiet, tree-lined avenue. It is modern, newly refurbished and comes with a good sized garden. Ideally located in the middle of Maida Vale, Paddington and Notting Hill - three amazing areas which are a cool mix of beautiful residential streets and lovely boutique shops/cafes! You will find plenty of things to do and streets to wander here. The closest tube station is Warwick Avenue (8 min walk).

The space

Welcome to my home and welcome to this amazing city! This is a beautifully 2 bedroom apartment. But don't take my word for it... let me walk you through it a little more! The apartment has a really spacious and contemporary living space which has a real family feel to it. There are three comfy sofas for guests to use where you can put your feet up in the evenings, kick back and relax! Fancy an evening off? Then sit back, relax and turn on the flat screen TV. There are plenty of channels for you to enjoy. The living area is also home to the dining area, which is the perfect spot to enjoy some local delicacies. Top tip - try out Portobello Road market which is only a 20 minute walk from my place. If cooking a gourmet meal at home is more your thing, then rest assured the kitchen will have everything you need in it such as all the basic condiments, and as an added extra we make sure that there is also always plenty of tea, coffee and sugar so that you can make yourself a traditional British cuppa in the morning! There are also all the mod-cons such as toaster, kettle and dishwasher that you might expect. We really want to ensure that you have a comfortable stay here in London! There are two bedrooms in the house. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and bedroom number two has a double bed. There is also a full double sofa bed which comfortably sleeps a 5th and 6th person in the living space. Both the bedrooms are spacious with colourful homely touches. There is plenty of storage space for guests to store all their belongings. There are also fans in both bedrooms for those hot summer months! Finally, the property also benefits from 2 bathrooms. Both bathrooms are bright and contemporary in style and one has a bath (which really is a treat in central London)! The bathrooms will always come stocked with plenty of white fluffy towels and all the essential toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap that you need to ensure that you have a comfortable stay in London. The apartment comes with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, so that you can look fresh for exploring the city or for any business meetings! A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request.

The beautiful area of Maida Vale, characterized by leafy streets, small independent shops, pretty buildings and the Little Venice Canal flowing through it, is a charming part of London.

Aside from plenty of great food and drink options, the two main attractions of Maida Vale are arguably the location and the canal. Central London is a walk or a quick tube ride away, as is the green expanse of Regent’s Park. Little Venice may be London’s best kept secret! Take long walks by the canal and enjoy a live comedy show in a cozy setting at the Canal Café Theater! You are within walking distance of Lord’s Cricket Ground - which is an iconic sports ground as well as home to one of the oldest sports museums in the world! Slightly further away are the beautiful green lawns of Regent’s Park which houses ZSL London Zoo as well as a lovely rose garden, a boating lake and lots of open space for picnics or sports – something for everyone!

Check-in

Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.

Access

  • The home is on the basement (-1) level of the building and can be accessed by walking down a small flight of steps outside the building from street level. When checking out please leave keys inside (the door is self-locking).

Amenities

  • The sofa in the living room converts into a double sofa bed.
  • There is WiFi throughout the home.

Noise

  • The home is in a shared residential building. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

Cancellation Policy

For stays up to 27 nights, the cancellation policy is:

  • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
  • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
  • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date

For stays over 27 nights the cancellation terms might depend on the specific agreement with the host, on the length of the requested stay, and on city local regulations.
