The Space

The flat has an amazing location and is easily accessible from various transport links. It's less than 10 minutes walk from Camden Town tube station and it's also close to Chalk Farm tube station. Local bus routes can whiz you to Oxford Circus and Selfridges and it is a very short taxi ride to Euston or King's Cross. The flat is located on a nice quiet street in the beautiful area of Primrose Hill in the Borough of Camden. Once you step inside you will immediately fall in love with the bright natural light flooding the flat. The high ceilings add to the elegance and charm. The flat is decorated in a simple and contemporary style, with neutral colour schemes and tasteful wall art. The main living/dining area is open plan with wood flooring, a comfy sofa and it is the perfect place for relaxing - there is a TV and some DVDs in case you feel like a night in. There are two bedrooms, one king and one double. Both have comfy duvets, pillows and soft white sheets with 300 thread count. They are quite luxurious for a comfortable nights sleep. Both bedrooms boast huge floor to ceiling windows that open out onto Juliet balconies with views over the well-manicured shared garden. There is a modern kitchen space that is fully equipped with toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge. Not forgetting that tea, coffee and sugar are provided for you. You will have all the equipment you need to cook a nice meal (and a fitted dishwasher to deal with washing up too!) The bathroom has a shower over bath and is fully stocked with fluffy white towels, shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner ready for your stay. Baby cot and high chair can be provided upon prior request.

Access

You have access to the entire apartment, which is cleaned professionally with fresh luxury linens and is prepared for each new visitor. 

We'll arrange for a welcome person to meet you at the property to hand over the keys and let you into the home. Our standard check-in time is from 3pm.

This home sits on the ground floor of the building and can be accessed easily from street level by taking just a few steps up to the front door.

Neighbourhood

Camden is a vibrant and buzzing neighbourhood in north-west London known for its punk rock scene and a fantastic maze of a market full of fashion finds, handmade jewellery, artwork, and a load of other curiosities. There are also tons of food vendors, serving every delicious cuisine you can think of, from Vietnamese to South Indian, to French, to Turkish, to Ethiopian snacks and meals. 

Recommended by Evening Standard food critic Grace Dent, Q Grill is a great new addition to the Camden Town restaurant scene. As the name suggests, grilled food is the star of the menu, cooked in a charcoal pit grill and served with lovely seasonal salads.

The second outpost of this hugely popular retro chippie, Poppies serves delicious fresh fish and chips in a 1940s setting, complete with jukebox and reclaimed cinema seating. Come on a Friday or Saturday evening to enjoy free live music too. Despite the strong presence of burgers on the menu, Hache feels a lot more upmarket than your traditional burger joint, with dark wood furniture and a candelabra hanging from the ceiling. The burgers themselves are luxurious, with innovative flavour combinations and lovely floury buns.

The nightlife scene is one of the best in the city, with alternative clubs and creative counterculture, as well as live music, old-school pubs and major venues like the Jazz Cafe hosting all sorts of stars.

Check-in

Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.

Access

  • The flat sits on the ground floor. You need to walk up 4 steps to access the building door. There are no stairs inside the flat.

Noise

  • Out of respect for our neighbours, please try and keep disruptive noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.

Cancellation Policy

For stays up to 27 nights, the cancellation policy is:

  • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
  • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
  • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date

For stays over 27 nights the cancellation terms might depend on the specific agreement with the host, on the length of the requested stay, and on city local regulations.
