The Space

Located in Plaza Chueca, in the beautiful area of Chueca, it is the perfect area to discover Madrid. The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly with plenty to keep you busy. The nearest Chueca metro station is just on the doorstep. Walking away and exploring further afield could not be easier.

It has three beautiful balconies with excellent views to Plaza de Chueca, what gives a lot of light to the rooms. 

The bedroom-space with a big closet has a double bed with fresh luxury linens, what more do you need for a good night’s sleep? The sheets are ultra quality for more rest.

The living-room space is quite comfortable, there is a sofá-bed for only one more person and an air conditioner. Also you can relax watching the TV or listen music while you are at home!

The Kitchen is very well equipped and we provided some olive oil for cook, salt, sugar, tea, coffee and a fabulous welcome pack!

The bathroom has a big shower. It is a space available for two people, and if you wish, your pet is very welcome. White fluffy towels and toiletres are provided!

It is a soundproof apartment what makes it ideal for sleeping in the night.

My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay.


You have access to the entire apartment, which is cleaned professionally with fresh luxury linens and is prepared for each new visitor. 

We'll arrange for a welcome person to meet you at the property to hand over the keys and let you into the home. Our standard check-in time is from 3pm.

This home sits on the third floor of the building and can be accessed by the lift from street level.

The Neighbourhood 

The cosmopolitan area of Chueca is the social capital of Madrid and is known for its famous Gay Pride parties in the summer months of June and July. The quaint, cobbled streets compliment the older community while the trendy bars and new art galleries see to the younger generations. It is an open-minded and highly social community housed in this area of Madrid with small streets and old Spanish architecture. Well connected to the centre of Madrid, Chueca is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday or enjoy the social scene at the many bars and restaurants.

Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.

Cancellation Policy

For stays up to 27 nights, the cancellation policy is:

  • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
  • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
  • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date

For stays over 27 nights the cancellation terms might depend on the specific agreement with the host, on the length of the requested stay, and on city local regulations.

Our team will be able to provide you with all the cancellation details for the home you request to book for.
