This is a beautiful and comfortable 1 bedroom flat, located on the first floor. It is really close to Regents Park and the West End and has a large roof terrace. The property also has a full bathroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Drummond Street itself offers a wonderful variety of eating options from gastro pubs to authentic Indian restaurants. The closest tube stations are Warren Street (a 3 min walk) and Euston Square ( a 4 min walk).

The space

Welcome to my home and welcome to this amazing city! This is a beautiful 1 bed flat. Let me walk you through it a little more... The flat has a spacious and comfortable living room with a large window providing access to a roof terrace. There is a comfy sofa and an additional armchair to relax! If cooking a nice meal at home is more your thing, then rest assured the kitchen will have everything you need in it such as all the basic condiments and essential cooking equipment. As an added extra we make sure that there is also always plenty of tea, coffee and sugar so that you can make yourself a traditional British cuppa in the morning! There are also all the mod-cons that you might expect such as toaster, kettle, microwave, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and combined washer/dryer. We really want to ensure that you have a comfortable stay here in London! The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed and the sofa in the living room is a sofa-bed, perfect for one more adult guest or two children. To use the sofabed, please unzip the compartments at the back of the sofa and pull out the steel legs and lift them up slightly. This allows the back of the sofa to drop down and become a bed. If you fancy a night in watching telly or a DVD, please help yourself to my selection of DVDs which are in the drawers in the coffee table. The wifi password is on the base of the router which is on the little side table next to the kitchen. I have left what I hope is a varied selection of books in both the living room and the bedroom. There is plenty of storage space for guests to store all their belongings in the storage room to the left of the entrance hall. Here you will also find an indoor clothes dryer. Finally the bathroom comes with a bath which is a nice treat after a long day of sightseeing or working! The bathroom will always come stocked with plenty of white fluffy towels and all the essential toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap that you need to ensure that you have a comfortable stay in London. Rubbish is collected daily from directly outside the flat. You can leave your bags by the post where everyone else does.

Camden is a vibrant and buzzing neighborhood in north west London, known for its punk rock scene and fantastic maze of a market, full of fashion finds, fine and handmade jewelery, artwork, and a load of other curiosities. There are also tons of food vendors, serving every delicious thing you can think of, from Vietnamese to South Indian, to French, to Turkish, to Ethiopian snacks and meals. The nightlife scene is one of the best in the city, with alternative clubs and creative counter culture, as well as live music, old-school pubs and major venues like the Jazz Cafe hosting all sorts of stars (from the apartment, you’re only a 4 minute walk away from the Jazz Cafe!).

Check-in

Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.

Access

  • Please note the door is self-locking so remember to take the keys with you whenever you leave the house and leave them inside when you check out.

Cancellation Policy

For stays up to 27 nights, the cancellation policy is:

  • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
  • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
  • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date

For stays over 27 nights the cancellation terms might depend on the specific agreement with the host, on the length of the requested stay, and on city local regulations.
