The space

This cosy and modern flat is without a doubt a symbol of class and simplicity. Stepping into the common living room and you will experience a sense of peculiar elegancy as this area is furnished to a high standard, including a very large sofa and an equally large drawer on which lies a high-quality flat screen tv. This area is also equipped with elegant wood and some items which make it quite unique such as large flower pots and some hunting trophy display. Just off the living room you can walk into a bright bedroom with a breathtaking view over the city of Bangkok. The bed is queen size with fresh classy linen. Making your way into the kitchen you will find the area brand new with all the necessary items and appliances to cook fantastic dishes. This area gives direct access to a balcony, giving you the opportunity to enjoy delicious food and at the same time experience a wonderful landscape! From the kitchen you can also have access to a brand new and well lit bathroom!

What's more as a guest, you can also enjoy access to the the building's well-equipped gym; the pool area as well as the beautiful swimming pool

 

The neighbourhood

The Chatuchak Park MTR station and the Mo Chit BTS Skytrain station are both just a 5-10 minute walk from the tower that hosts your new home away from home, meaning that the area is very well connected with the rest of the city by public transport. The tower sits in a green and leafy neighborhood in the North of Bangkok, opposite the huge, expansive area of green space that encompasses Chatuchak Park, Queen Sirikit Park and Wachirabenchatat Park. For a family day out, the Children’s Discovery Museum is well worth a look. Also, the large, sprawling Chatuchak Market with its many stalls and weird and wonderful selection of goods for sale.

When it comes to finding the best place to eat nearby, you’ll need to be prepared to walk as there are not many restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the tower. The closest quality spot is Laemgate; a reasonably priced seafood buffet with tasty dishes and a relaxed atmosphere. A little further away, but still within walking distance is Le Danang, an upmarket Vietnamese restaurant with a smart interior and excellent menu. Finally, The Fat Cow is a small but high quality burger joint with a good range of patties and beer selection.

 

For an evening drink, try Method to My Madness on the intersection of Thanon Lat Phrao and Phahonyothin Road for a fun atmosphere and a great menu of cocktails and beers. Next door is the Black Wolf Barber Shop where a hair salon meets a night time bar for a quirky experience. In Chatuchak Market at the southern end of the park, try a drink and a bite to eat in Viva8, with its low key atmosphere and friendly staff.

You have access to the entire apartment, which is cleaned professionally with fresh luxury linens and is prepared for each new visitor. 

We'll arrange for a welcome person to meet you at the property to hand over the keys and let you into the home. Our standard check-in time is from 3pm but if you arrive early, we can arrange a bag drop.

This home sits on the 39th floor of a modern building and can easily be accessed via the elevator.

Check-in

Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.

Cancellation Policy

For stays up to 27 nights, the cancellation policy is:

  • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
  • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
  • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date

For stays over 27 nights the cancellation terms might depend on the specific agreement with the host, on the length of the requested stay, and on city local regulations.
