The Space

In a stylish residential building in the heart of the Phrom Phong neighbourhood, this spacious, modern and beautifully designed condo home is your perfect retreat away from the excitement and bustle of the streets of Bangkok. Step through the door and you'll find yourself in the extremely spacious and light open-plan living area. There is a huge corner sofa on which you can recline and relax, as well as a coffee table and wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Through the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors is your private balcony. Back inside you'll find the stylish kitchen, with its modern feel, sleek design and red decor. There's an electric oven and stove, as well as a large fridge and ample preparation surfaces. Plus, with a breakfast bar and a large eight-seater dining table, you can choose where you want to sit and eat your meals.

The master bedroom is an enormous space, with cooling tiled flooring, a large super king-size bed, designer sofa, large floor-to-ceiling windows and its own balcony, with views out over the city. In the second bedroom, you'll find another superbly comfortable bed, a king-size this time, with a high-quality mattress and luxury linen. Attached to the master bedroom is a large walk-in rainfall shower room, so you can freshen up in comfort and style. Then there is a second, larger bathroom in the home which is decorated in a sleek, modern style and features another huge walk-in rainfall shower. There is also a utility room in the home, containing the washer and dryer. Also, as a guest staying in this beautiful home, you can enjoy access to the building's amazing indoor swimming pool and a well-equipped gym.

Neighbourhood

Your condo building sits in the heart of the Phrom Phong neighbourhood, not far from the bustling Sukhumvit Road, which is well known as one of the most exciting and popular destinations in downtown Bangkok. The condo is less than a 15-minute walk from the Phrom Phong BTS Skytrain station, meaning that you can quickly and easily get to downtown Bangkok via public transport.

The Phrom Phong area is well known as a popular shopping district, attracting expats, locals and international tourists to the big name, high-end fashion outlets that dominate the area around the station. Particular highlights are the EmQuartier and Emporium shopping malls, where you can browse collections from brands such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, Jimmy Choo and Burberry, as well as many other affordable high street names. Just up the Sukhumvit Road, by Asok BTS station, is the Terminal 21 shopping centre, where each of the floors of the complex is themed around a different nation and culture. If you’ve shopped ‘til you’ve dropped and you need a pick me up, then try a revitalising spa day at Yunomori onsen & spa. 

For a great bite to eat in the neighborhood, try Kisso near the Asok BTS station for excellent Japanese cuisine, or AVRA for homely dining and heart Greek food. The closest good quality restaurant to the condo is Peppina’s, serving up simple yet delicious Italian and deli food. In terms of fine dining, the award-winning chef at Akira Back has a reputation for creating the finest Korean-American cuisine in Bangkok. For an evening drink, a top recommendation would be Abar & Abar Rooftop, where the cocktail waiters will create a masterpiece for you that you can sip as you look out over the Bangkok skyline. For a great atmosphere try Sugar Ray, where the cocktails flow, the music is chilled and there is a fun and low fi speakeasy vibe. Access

You have access to the entire condo, which is cleaned professionally with fresh luxury linens and is prepared for each new visitor. 

We'll arrange for a welcome person to meet you at the property to hand over the keys and let you into the home. Our standard check-in time is from 3pm but if you arrive early, we can arrange a bag drop.

This home sits on the 4th floor of a modern residential building and can easily be accessed via the elevator.

Check-in

Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.

Noise

Cancellation Policy

For stays up to 27 nights, the cancellation policy is:

  • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
  • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
  • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date

For stays over 27 nights the cancellation terms might depend on the specific agreement with the host, on the length of the requested stay, and on city local regulations.
