The Space

Sitting 9 floors up above the bustling streets of Thailand's vibrant capital city, you can enjoy living in an oasis of calm in an exciting metropolis. Step through the door and you'll enter the open plan living room, where you can relax, work or socialise, perhaps reclining on the comfortable L-shaped sofa as you enjoy a movie on the wall-mounted flat-screen TV. If you slide open the glass doors at the end of the living room, you can step out onto your own completely covered balcony, from where you can enjoy brilliant views of the city and feel the cool air breeze through your home. Head back through to the kitchen area and you'll find everything you need to create a delicious meal, including a  large, freestanding fridge, a microwave, and a glass-topped electric stove. There is also a two-seater dining bar so you can enjoy a delicious meal with your friend or partner. Throughout the living room and the rest of the home, the walls are adorned with carefully chosen modern artworks that give off a sense of stylish design and unique personality.

With calm decor and large windows, the stylish master bedroom in this elegant home boasts a huge king-sized bed, fitted with hotel-quality linen and a super-comfortable mattress. The large window allows the chic and stylish bedroom to be bathed in natural light throughout the day. In the second bedroom, you'll find an equally comfortable king-sized bed, with elegant bedding. The home features a spacious and elegantly decorated bathroom, which features a large walk-in rainfall shower, so you can freshen up in style. Located near the thriving and bustling Sukhumvit Road, in the heart of Bangkok, you will be well placed to enjoy the best of what the incredible city has to offer. The tower is located just a 15-minute walk away from the Nana BTS Skytrain station, with excellent transport links to downtown Bangkok and other parts of the city. The local Sukhumvit area is bustling with energy and life and is considered one of the most desirable areas of Bangkok to live. Just down Sukhumvit Road, by Asok BTS station, is the Terminal 21 shopping centre, where each of the floors of the complex is themed around a different nation and culture. If you’ve shopped ‘til you’ve dropped and you need a pick me up, then try a revitalising spa day at Yunomori onsen & spa. For a breath of fresh air in one of the city’s green spaces, check out the nearby Benchakiti Park which has a lovely lake, exercise area and jogging path.

For food options near your home, try the Charcoal Tandoor Grill & Mixology, which serves authentic Indian-style tandoori kebabs alongside a selection of creative and original cocktails. You have access to the entire condo, which is cleaned professionally with fresh luxury linens and is prepared for each new visitor. 

We'll arrange for a welcome person to meet you at the property to hand over the keys and let you into the home. Our standard check-in time is from 3pm but if you arrive early, we can arrange a bag drop.

This home sits on the 9th floor of a modern highrise building and can easily be accessed via the elevator.

Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.


  • The apartment is on the 9th floor of the building and can be accessed by elevator. As you come out of the elevator, turn left and walk towards the end of the corridor.


  • Guests enjoy access to the gym and swimming pool in the building.


  • The apartment is in a shared residential building. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

Cancellation Policy

For stays up to 27 nights, the cancellation policy is:

  • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
  • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
  • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date

For stays over 27 nights the cancellation terms might depend on the specific agreement with the host, on the length of the requested stay, and on city local regulations.
