The Space

In a stylish residential building in the heart of the Bang Na neighbourhood, this spacious, modern and beautifully designed condo home is your perfect retreat away from the excitement and bustle of the streets of Bangkok. Step through the door and you'll find yourself in the extremely spacious and light open-plan living area. There is a large sofa on which you can recline and relax, as well as a coffee table and flat-screen TV. Through the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors is your private enclosed balcony where you'll find a two-seater dining table and incredible views out over the city. Back inside you'll find the stylish kitchen, with its modern feel and sleek design. There's an electric stove, a fridge, microwave and a washing machine and ample preparation surfaces.

The master bedroom is a large and comfortable space, with wooden flooring, a super king-size bed and large floor-to-ceiling windows with views out over the city. In the second bedroom, you'll find another superbly comfortable sofa bed, a double this time, with luxury linen to turn the comfy sofa into a place to get a good night's rest. In the condo's bathroom, you'll find a glass-fronted walk-in shower room, so you can freshen up in comfort and style. Also, as a guest staying in this beautiful home, you can enjoy access to the building's amazing outdoor swimming pool and a well-equipped gym.

Neighbourhood

Your home is located in the Bang Na area of Bangkok, which is known for its many families and expats as well its food scene, with an abundance of great restaurants and street food vendors. You’re also just a four-minute walk from the Udom Suk BTS Skytrain station, from where you can quickly and easily travel to many areas around the city. The area around the tower is a favourite of expats living in Bangkok and is now beginning to welcome significantly more tourist trade as the reputation of its amazing street food markets spreads. The shopping mall at Central Bangna is just a short drive or taxi ride away and there you can shop until you drop for a good range of designer or budget brands. The impressive Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC) is nearby and hosts a wide range of events throughout the year, including conferences and conventions. 

When it comes to great places to eat, the Udom Suk neighbourhood in Bang Na is well known for its vibrant food scene. Within walking distance of your condo is Devilish Chews and Brews, a superb American BBQ joint that specialises in hearty portions of meat with delicious sauces and spices.

 

You can enjoy a good range of baked goods and authentic and delicious dimsum at Mu-I Bakery & Dimsum. There’s also Kaisin Dimsum, which also offers good quality food and is closer to your condo. Meanwhile, Moo Café is the king of the hipster cafes in the area, with a truly alternative, trendy vibe. If you’re looking for the great evening drinking spot, then head to Udomsuk Brewing for a brilliant selection of craft beers, with the Saison IPA the pick of the brews.

Access

You have access to the entire condo, which is cleaned professionally with fresh luxury linens and is prepared for each new visitor. 

We'll arrange for a welcome person to meet you at the property to hand over the keys and let you into the home. Our standard check-in time is from 3pm but if you arrive early, we can arrange a bag drop.

This home sits on the 10th floor of a modern residential building and can easily be accessed via the elevator.

Check-in

Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.

Access

  • The home sits on the 10th floor of the building and can quickly and easily be accessed via the elevator.

Amenities

  • Pool and gym are located on 5th floor. A key card is needed to access the facility.

Noise

  • Please keep noise down after 10pm

Cancellation Policy

For stays up to 27 nights, the cancellation policy is:

  • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
  • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
  • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date

For stays over 27 nights the cancellation terms might depend on the specific agreement with the host, on the length of the requested stay, and on city local regulations.
