The Space

Located on the 24th floor of an ultra-modern highrise residential building in the north of Pattaya City, this stunning two-bed condo is the ideal place to call your home in the luxurious and exciting resort town of Pattaya. Step through the door and you'll walk through the modern kitchen area through to the living area, with its large and comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, wooden chest coffee table, and bookshelves. At the end of the living room is the glass sliding door that opens out onto your own private balcony, 24 floors above the streets of Pattaya, with incredible views out over the city and the sea. Back inside, you can sit down with your friends or family to enjoy your meal at the four-seater glass-topped dining table. The large modern kitchen area has everything you need to create a delicious meal, including a freestanding fridge and freezer, a microwave and a glass-topped electric stove. 

The stylish master bedroom in this stunning home boasts a huge super king sized bed, fitted with hotel-quality linen and a super-comfortable mattress. The floor-to-ceiling windows take up one entire side of the room and allow the bedroom to be flooded with natural light throughout the day, highlighting the stylish decor, with designer light fixtures and artistic wall hangings. The master bedroom's ensuite bathroom is a large space, with calming pastel decor, and features a large walk-in rainfall shower and bathtub. The second bedroom also boasts a super king sized bed, with stylish interior design and decorative rowing oars on the walls. The second bathroom then also features another large walk-in rainfall shower. Also, as a guest staying in this beautiful home, you can enjoy access to the building's amazing swimming pool, in addition to the well-equipped fitness room and the stunning private beach just outside the building.


Located roughly 100km southeast of Bangkok on the east coast of the Gulf of Thailand, your condo sits in the lively and vibrant Pattaya City. As recently as the 1960s, what is now Pattaya City was merely a collection of small rural fishing villages. Now, however, the area is a thriving and busy tourist destination, with hotels, resorts and condos springing up to accommodate the large number of tourists from all over the world who wish to enjoy the natural beauty of the area. The large beaches are usually full of sun-seeking tourists during the day, and at night, the attention of the city moves to the inland streets, where hundreds of bars and entertainment venues open up for long nights of partying. In central Pattaya, you’ll find the famous Walking Street, with over 100 beer bars and plenty of other nighttime entertainment amongst the neon glow. If you’re after peace, quiet and cultural authenticity, the Walking Street and Pattaya more generally are not for you. The area is well-known, however, for its vibrant energy, party atmosphere, and tourist-friendly vibe. In the north of Pattaya, close to your condo, is the impressive Sanctuary of Truth; a beautiful and intricate temple. While the temple is not ancient (it was built in 1981), it has the distinctive feature of being created entirely out of carved wood, with beautiful embellishments and striking design. If you want to escape the beaches and bars, you can also head to Nong Nooch Tropical Garden, a huge sculpted garden built in the French style which features hundreds of different types of flowers and plants.

There is a huge abundance of options when it comes to eating and drinking in Pattaya, but amongst a crowded field, there are some institutions that particularly shine. Head to the Sketch Book Art Cafe is a beautiful art cafe, with a large, leafy garden area and artworks on every wall. It is the perfect place to go for a coffee or a fruit juice and to escape the noise of the city for a while. Being on the coast, Pattaya is known for its excellent seafood and Nang Nual is one of the best. Spread over both sides of Walking Street, Nang Nual is known for its shellfish dishes and also boasts an outdoor terrace with bay views. Similarly, Mum Aroi is a good place to go to enjoy seafood with a specifically Thai flavour. Beloved of expats, Maggs Restaurant is a definitively non-Thai eatery, with a menu of international cuisine for those who need a break from the distinctive flavours of delicious Thai cuisine. There are vast numbers of beer bars in Pattaya, most offering a decent service at cheap prices. For a more sophisticated evening drink, head to a cocktail bar at one of the many high-end resorts along the coast.


You have access to the entire condo, which is cleaned professionally with fresh luxury linens and is prepared for each new visitor. 

We'll arrange for a welcome person to meet you at the property to hand over the keys and let you into the home. Our standard check-in time is from 3pm but if you arrive early, we can arrange a bag drop.

Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.

Cancellation Policy

For stays up to 27 nights, the cancellation policy is:

  • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
  • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
  • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date

For stays over 27 nights the cancellation terms might depend on the specific agreement with the host, on the length of the requested stay, and on city local regulations.
