The Space

Escape to a peaceful, modern haven, situated 26 floors above the streets of Bangkok's Phra Khanong neighbourhood. This charming, sleekly-designed condo is the ideal place to call your home away from home in Thailand's exciting capital city. In large open-plan living room and dining area - the real heart of the home -  you can relax, work or socialise in comfort. Take the weight off your feet on the comfortable sofa as you watch a movie on the flat-screen TV or step through the sliding glass doors and out onto your private balcony. In the large kitchen area, you'll find everything you need to prepare and cook a delicious feast, including ample preparation surfaces and a high-quality, glass-topped electric stove. You can then sit with a friend or partner at the two-seater dining table to enjoy your culinary creation.

The master bedroom boasts a supremely comfortable super king size bed, topped with a comfortable mattress and fitted with luxury linen. With a large window, the room has a light, calming feel that makes it ideal for getting a relaxed and restful night's sleep. In the second bedroom, you'll find a large king size bed, as well as ample storage and wardrobe space for your belongings. With two bathrooms in the home, you can choose whether you'd prefer a powerful and relaxing shower, or a soak in the large bathtub after a long day in the city. In addition, as a guest staying in this beautiful home, you can enjoy access to the building's amazing swimming pool, in addition to the well-equipped fitness room.

Neighbourhood

Your home is located in the Phra Khanong area of Bangkok, which is known for its many families and expats as well its food scene, with an abundance of great restaurants and street food vendors. You’re also just a two-minute walk from the Bang Chak BTS Skytrain station, from where you can quickly and easily travel to many areas around the city. The area around the tower is a favourite of expats living in Bangkok and is now beginning to welcome significantly more tourist trade as the reputation of its amazing street food markets spreads. The shopping mall by On Nut BTS station (a 12-minute walk away) has some fun and interesting shops and at its centre is a cinema which is the go-to destination for movie-goers in the surrounding area.

When it comes to great places to eat, Phra Khanong is well known for its vibrant street food scene. The street food served at Fish Maw Soup and Pig Trotter Rice is a particular recommendation. Corner 49 is a great relaxed place to have a seat, eat delicious food and drink cheap beer and cocktails. As for more upmarket restaurants, the Cabana Garden Restaurant near Blocs 77 offers a great mixed European menu while Best Beef does exactly what its name suggests it will do and serves the best and most tasty beef dishes. 

If you’re looking for the great evening drinking spot, then head to The Cocktail for well, delicious cocktails. This expat favourite is a great place to enjoy a chilled drink near On Nut station. By day, the Smitr Cafe is a great place for a refreshing drink, but by night it turns into a great bar for beer and cocktails with excellent live music. A little further away is Craftpital, by Phra Khanong BTS station, where you can sample a wide range of Thai and international craft beers.

You have access to the entire apartment, which is cleaned professionally with fresh luxury linens and is prepared for each new visitor. 

We'll arrange for a welcome person to meet you at the property to hand over the keys and let you into the home. Our standard check-in time is from 3pm but if you arrive early, we can arrange a bag drop.

This home sits on the 26th floor of a modern building and can easily be accessed via the elevator.

Check-in

Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.

  • The home sits on the 24th floor of the building and can quickly and easily be accessed via the elevator.

Amenities

  • There is air conditioning in the condo.

Noise

  • The condo is in a shared residential building. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

Cancellation Policy

For stays up to 27 nights, the cancellation policy is:

  • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
  • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
  • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date

For stays over 27 nights the cancellation terms might depend on the specific agreement with the host, on the length of the requested stay, and on city local regulations.
