The Space

With a simple decor that combines light wooden flooring and neutral, calming walls, this well-designed, modern condo apartment is an ideal oasis, sitting eight floors above the noise and energy of Bangkok's streets. As you enter the home, you'll find yourself in the comfortable and well-appointed living area, complete with a large sofa, marble-topped coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Beyond that sit the large glass doors that open out onto your own private balcony, from where you can enjoy incredible views of the Makkasan area of the city. Back inside, you can head over to the kitchen area and enjoy using the modern, high-quality appliances to cook a delicious meal. You can then sit down with a friend or partner to eat at the stylish two-seater dining table.

In the spacious bedroom, you'll find a comfortable king size bed that is fitted with luxury, hotel quality linen and topped with a high-quality mattress. There is ample storage and wardrobe space for all your belongings and you only have to walk a couple of metres to reach the ensuite bathroom. Here you'll find a luxurious walk-in rainfall shower so you can easily freshen up in the mornings or after a long day in Bangkok. Also, as a guest staying in this beautiful home, you can enjoy access to the building's amazing outdoor swimming pool, in addition to the well-equipped fitness room.

Neighbourhood

Your new home away from home is located in the Makkasan area of Bangkok and is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Phetchaburi an eight-minute walk from Makkasan Station, meaning that you can get around the city quickly and easily on the Airport Rail Link train. The old station at Makkasan dates back over a century and is a charming example of old fashioned, early 20th Century Bangkok, still in use today. Just a short taxi ride down Soi Sukhumvit 21 and then along Sukhumvit Road is a shoppers’ paradise, with many top name outlets and high-end fashion shops, alongside regular retail stores and boutiques. The sleek and modern EmQuartier shopping mall has an excellent range of shops, including top fashion labels such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, and Jimmy Choo. More affordable high street names include Zara, Uniqlo, H&M, Gap and Super Dry. Across the Sukhumvit Road, and attached to Phrom Phong station is The Emporium mall with more top brands such as Dior, Tiffany & Co. and Burberry. For a relaxing sit in a green space, be sure to spend some time in Benchasiri Park. You will be living just meters away from the delightful Wat Sri Bunruang Watergate canal; a peaceful city canal with excellent spots for walks on either bank and charming old bridges to cross the waterway.

 

When it comes to finding the perfect place to eat and enjoy a drink, the district has plenty of offer and you’ll find a good range of both restaurants and bars within a 20-25 minute walk of your home. Firehouse is a great place to enjoy Western cuisine, especially their range of burgers and fries. For a taste of Indian cuisine, try the Punjab Grill, about a 20-minute walk from your Bangkok home. There is Asian and international cuisine on offer at The Station restaurant on the 8th floor of the Mercure Bangkok Makkasan hotel, with buffet and a la carte options. For an evening drink, try Havana Social for a classy cocktail or Above Eleven for a rooftop drinking spot with great views of the surrounding area. A little further away is Attica Sky Lounge, an expensive but fun sky bar with a great range of cocktails that sits around a 30-minute walk from your condo. Nearer to your home is the excellent Q&A cocktail bar where being well-dressed is a must.

Access

You have access to the entire condo, which is cleaned professionally with fresh luxury linens and is prepared for each new visitor. 

We'll arrange for a welcome person to meet you at the property to hand over the keys and let you into the home. Our standard check-in time is from 3pm but if you arrive early, we can arrange a bag drop.

This home sits on the 8th floor of a modern building and can easily be accessed via the elevator.

Check-in

Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.

  • The home sits on the 8th floor of the building and can quickly and easily be accessed via the elevator.

Noise

  • The condo is in a shared residential building. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

Cancellation Policy

For stays up to 27 nights, the cancellation policy is:

  • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
  • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
  • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date

For stays over 27 nights the cancellation terms might depend on the specific agreement with the host, on the length of the requested stay, and on city local regulations.
