The space

You'll have the whole place to yourself! Welcome to our home and welcome to this amazing city! This is a beautiful 1 bedroom penthouse apartment which will comfortably sleep up to 4 people. Our apartment is ultra modern yet despite all the contemporary mod cons we have kept the decor elegant and with a touch of glamour! There is an open plan living room with a stylish (and most importantly comfy!) comfy sofa for guests to use where you can put your feet up in the evenings, kick back and relax! This sofa then converts into a double sofa bed which will sleep 2 people. The living area is also home to the dining area, which is the perfect spot to enjoy some local delicacies. Top tip, try out the local food markets around Electric avenue - you will be sure to take home some edible goodies from here! We have been told our contemporary kitchen area is all the rage - you will have everything you need here to make whatever gourmet meal takes your fancy. As an added extra we make sure that there is also always plenty of tea, coffee and sugar so that you can make yourself a traditional British cuppa in the morning! There are also all the mod-cons such as toaster, kettle and dishwasher that you might expect. We really want to ensure that you have a comfortable stay here in London! There is one king-sized bedroom in the apartment which leads out on to its own private 40sqm terrace. There is also plenty of storage space for guests to store all their belongings in the fitted wardrobe or the chest of drawers. Finally the bathroom oozes sophistication and reminds us of a boutique hotel's bathroom! The bathroom will always come stocked with plenty of white fluffy towels and all the essential toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap that you need to ensure that you have a comfortable stay in London. The apartment comes with a combined washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, so that you can look fresh for exploring the city or for any business meetings! A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request.


The apartment is a couple of minutes walk into Brixton centre, but shielded from all the noise. Brixton Village is our favourite place to eat - with food from all over the world - or even just to people watch. The world comes together here. For drinks and live entertainment, Brixton Pop is excellent and very unique. The Ritzy Theatre is brilliant for a cosy blockbuster movie experience, with the famous Brixton Academy music venue at the next block. There's an abundance of fresh fish and meat at the local food markets in and around Electric avenue (yes, one and the same from the hit song!); you have all the kitchen utensils you need to cook your own gourmet meal. For an alternative Clapham High street is a 20min walk away, bringing you all that trendy Clapham has to offer, as well as the magnificent park.


The entire apartment is available for guests.


It is very important to note that for the door leading out to the terrace you need to lift the door handle up EVERY time you open the door to lock in position. If this is not done the door will most likely move with the wind and shatter the glass on the door (this has happened twice already). Please be careful not to play loud music or have the TV on loud after 10pm and not to make too much noise. We want to be respectful to our neighbours

Situated smack bang in the center of south London, Brixton is a go-to for foodies, artists and music fans. This cultural neighborhood is filled with a fantastic sense of community. Head to the bustling and vibrant Brixton Village and Brixton Market and choose from one of the many, tiny restaurants there. This bustling corner is a community within itself, with over 100 local and independent businesses who have transformed this former arcade. For films, the Ritzy cinema is where locals go. And for those in search of a party, Brixton’s famous live venues, including the Brixton Academy and Hootananny are where it’s at.

Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.

Cancellation Policy

For stays up to 27 nights, the cancellation policy is:

  • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
  • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
  • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date

For stays over 27 nights the cancellation terms might depend on the specific agreement with the host, on the length of the requested stay, and on city local regulations.
