The Space

Sitting perched at 12 floors above the busy streets of the Sukhumvit area of Bangkok, this beautifully designed and stylishly decorated studio apartment could be the perfect base for you during your stay in the incredible city of Bangkok. As soon as you walk through the door, you will be able to see how the intelligent use of space and tasteful design lends a sense of unique personality to the home. You can relax in style on the sofa, as you watch a movie on the large flat-screen TV. Alternatively, slide open the glass doors at the end of the room and you can step out onto your own private balcony. Back inside, you can head over to the kitchen area and enjoy creating delicious dishes with the high-quality appliances on offer.

The large double bed takes pride of place at the centre of the studio, with its super-comfortable mattress, trendy and stylish cushions and throws, and luxury linen. The bathroom is lined with black tiles for a truly contemporary look and features a luxury power shower so you can enjoy freshening up after a long day of exploring the city below you. In addition, as a guest staying in this beautiful home, you can enjoy access to the building's amazing swimming pool, as well as the fitness room. 


Located close to the bustling and thriving Sukhumvit Road, your new home away from home sits in one of the most exciting areas of Bangkok. The tower is located just a three-minute walk away from the Thong Lor BTS Skytrain station, with excellent transport links to downtown Bangkok and other parts of the city. The local Sukhumvit area is bustling with energy and life and is considered one of the most desirable areas of Bangkok to live, with an abundance of high end shopping opportunities, sophisticated rooftop bars and a mix of elegant and homely restaurants with mouth-watering menus.

Just a 12-minute walk from the tower is the fabulous Rain Hill shopping mall. In a neighbourhood dominated by high-end fashion house outlets, the Rain Hill mall is a haven of independent boutiques. The Penguin Love Chocolate cafe is a great place to grab a slice of cake and pot of tea between bursts of shopping. Him and Her is a men’s and women’s boutique clothing store where party dresses sit next to baggy jumpers and t-shirts, while Triple Stitched is a haven of American vintage denim and plaid shirts for the rocker or cowboy look. Also within the Rain Hill complex is the must-visit restaurant Shuffle, with its craft beers and a rustic meat-based menu including BBQ ribs and their delicious signature burger.

If you are looking for a high-end fashion shopping experience, then just a five-minute taxi ride away are the EmQuartier and Emporium malls, where the very top fashion brands have their outlets, including Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, and Jimmy Choo. For more everyday grocery shopping, head to Gourmet Shop (which has outlets in both Emporium and EmQuartier malls) or Top Marker on Sukhumvit Road.

Just a 15-minute walk from the tower is the Major Cineplex Cinema which shows a mix of the latest Thai and international movie releases. For something a little different nearby, try the intriguing Museum of Thai Pharmacy which is free to visit, open Monday-Friday and charts the history and evolution of traditional Thai medicine.

For food options near the tower, the Gardens of Dinsor Palace offers diners a selection of beautifully presented international cuisine, including a variety of seafood, while Kosirae offers tasty Korean BBQ grill dishes. Taling Pling is a beautiful restaurant that is something of a hidden treasure, enjoyed mainly by locals with an excellent taste in Thai food. For an evening drink, head across the Sukhumvit Road form the tower and up to the 45th to 49th floors of the Marriott hotel to the Octave Rooftop Lounge and Bar for a cocktail with a spectacular view over the Bangkok skyline.


You have access to the entire apartment, which is cleaned professionally with fresh luxury linens and is prepared for each new visitor. 

We'll arrange for a welcome person to meet you at the property to hand over the keys and let you into the home. Our standard check-in time is from 3pm but if you arrive early, we can arrange a bag drop.

This home sits on the 12th floor of a modern building and can easily be accessed via the elevator.

Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.


  • The apartment is on the 12th floor of the building and can be accessed by elevator from street level.


  • Guests have access to the fitness room and swimming pool in the building.


  • The apartment is in a shared residential building. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

Cancellation Policy

For stays up to 27 nights, the cancellation policy is:

  • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
  • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
  • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date

For stays over 27 nights the cancellation terms might depend on the specific agreement with the host, on the length of the requested stay, and on city local regulations.
