The Space

With bright, white decor, stylish wooden flooring and an intelligent, space-saving interior layout design, this charming designer studio is an ideal place to call your home away from home in Bangkok. Sitting four floors up in a well-appointed residential building in the trendy Bang Rak neighbourhood, this charming little home is both comfortable and stylish and the ideal base for a couple, or business person in the Thai capital. As a studio apartment, everything you need is present in your open-plan room, including your bed, wardrobe, fridge, dressing table and mirror and a wall-mounted TV. The floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors open out onto your own private fully covered balcony, from where you can enjoy the view. There's even an outdoor chair and table so you can sit outside and enjoy a drink in the evening light.

This beautiful studio home boasts a huge super king-sized bed, fitted with hotel-quality linen and a super-comfortable mattress. There is a wall-mounted flatscreen TV to keep you entertained as you recline in comfort. There is also ample storage and wardrobe space for all your clothing and belongings. The ensuite bathroom is a beautifully tiled wet-room, with a toilet and a large walk-in rainfall shower, so you can freshen up in style.


Your home is located in the very heart of the trendy Bang Rak district, and just a short seven-minute walk to the Surasak BTS Skytrain station, from where you can quickly and easily travel to many other parts of the city. If you want to experience an authentic Bangkok market, then head to the Patpong Night Market, where you’ll find bustling energy in the hours after dark and many stalls selling clothing, electronics and much more. If you’re just in the mood for a gentle walk or a romantic stroll then one of the highlights of Bang Rak is the Chao Phraya River, where you can enjoy boat rides, floating restaurants, and pleasant views day or night. For shopping lovers, the River City Shopping Complex is around a mile away from your home and includes high-end fashion, beauty, and jewellery boutiques as well as antique shops to suit every taste.

There are plenty of options nearby for great food. Head to Sala Rim Naam at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel for exquisite Thai cuisine which is served to you as you enjoy performances of traditional Thai dancing in the restaurant. Alternatively, experience some of the best French cuisine in Thailand at Le Normandie, with excellent views of the river from the dining room. Baan Silom is an easy-going drinking and dining courtyard, with a beautiful tree-lined centre that boasts great options for eating out, with far more personality than shopping mall restaurants. Finally, Blue Elephant is an immersive dining experience that is a time capsule of traditional Thai cuisine in a colonial-era facade. If it’s authentic Thai street food style cuisine you’re looking for, served in a permanent, indoor restaurant, then Charoen Saeng Silom is located just a 10-minute walk from your home and serves some of the best braised pork trotters in Bangkok.

For an evening drink, there are plenty of excellent rooftop and high-rise bars in the towers that dominate the riverbanks. Try Distil Bar at the Lebua State Tower for a Mojito as you enjoy watching the sun go down. Alternatively, the Author’s Lounge at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel is a fascinating place to enjoy a cocktail, knowing that famous writers including Noel Coward and Joseph Conrad chose to make the bar their regular in Bangkok. For anyone who enjoys the atmosphere of a live jazz bar, head to nearby Maggie Choo’s where you can listen to smooth music and enjoy cocktails in a speakeasy-style setting. Finally, Opus is a classy wine bar very close to your condo home where you can enjoy a nightcap in stylish surroundings.


You have access to the entire studio, which is cleaned professionally with fresh luxury linens and is prepared for each new visitor. 

We'll arrange for a welcome person to meet you at the property to hand over the keys and let you into the home. Our standard check-in time is from 3pm but if you arrive early, we can arrange a bag drop.

This home sits on the 4th floor of a modern residential building and can be accessed by walking up five flights of stairs from street level.

Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.


  • The condo has 5 floors and there is no elevator. You must walk up the stairs to the fourth floor to reach your room.
  • Overnight, from 7pm to 6am, the building can be accessed via a security guard.


  • There is air conditioning in the home.


  • The condo is in a residential building. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

Cancellation Policy

For stays up to 27 nights, the cancellation policy is:

  • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
  • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
  • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date

For stays over 27 nights the cancellation terms might depend on the specific agreement with the host, on the length of the requested stay, and on city local regulations.
