Welcome to my home! I’m so excited to open up my property to fellow Airbnb travellers. My beautiful 2 bedroom apartment, in the vibrant area of Vauxhall, is a stylish and comfortable place to stay and has terrific transport links. You’re just a minutes walk away from the nearest tube. You also have access to a private balcony with views of the River Thames. Explore the neighbourhood and enjoy this bustling part of London. I hope you enjoy your stay!

The space

My stylish 2 bedroom apartment is the perfect base when visiting London. Conveniently located in the exciting area of Vauxhall and with great transport links, you’ll be right in the hub of the city but able to escape the hustle and bustle! The living area is light and airy with a beautiful, modern design, wooden floors and lovely finishing touches. Relax on the sofa, hang out, make yourself at home! It’s a welcoming and inviting space where you can kick back. If cooking is your thing, you’re going to love spending time in the stylish and stylish kitchen. All the appliances are modern and easy to use - you’ll enjoy showing off your culinary skills here! There’s even a welcome pack stuffed full of coffee, tea (of course!), and proper English scones. Both bedrooms have a super comfortable double beds and, with fresh luxury linens, what more do you need for a good night’s sleep? You don’t have to live out of your suitcase; plenty of storage room means you can get unpacking and start feeling at home right away. One of the bedrooms has a large en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Freshen up in the lovely second bathroom - enjoy a soak in the large tub or wake up in the mornings with the fantastic shower. White fluffy towels and shampoo are provided! My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay.

Neighbourhood

Vauxhall’s location is hard to beat – near the Thames, opposite the Tate Britain and in walking distance to Waterloo and Westminster, it’s certainly in the busy, urban heart of the city. Sight- seeing is on your doorstep! Caminetto is a local Italian restaurant with a cosy atmosphere and authentic food. For a proper English pub, head to The Canton Arms. They have a huge selection of draught beers and a buzzy vibe. Brunswick House Cafe serves up classic British dishes and is located in an old Georgian townhouse. They do great cocktails too. There are lots of sights to see too: Chelsea Physic Garden and Lambeth Palace gardens. Imperial War Museum and Tate Britain. Take the river boat from St Georges Wharf (Vauxhall) to Greenwich. Brixton market Walk along the river in Battersea Park. Visit Vauxhall City Farm and Covent Garden Flower Market. You are only a 12 minute walk from Stockwell tube and it’s an area worth exploring. The Crown and Anchor is a bustling pub in between Stockwell and Brixton. Mommi is a 12 minute walk from Stockwell tube station and is an interesting and vibrant Japanese/South American restaurant with a bar vibe.

Check-in

Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.

Access

  • The property sits on the third floor of the building and can be accessed by taking the elevator. When someone calls the apartment number from the building entrance the land line phone in the apartment will ring and to open the gate they will have to press the hash key #. Please note the door is self-locking so remember to take the keys with you whenever you leave the house and leave them inside when you check out.

Cancellation Policy

For stays up to 27 nights, the cancellation policy is:

  • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
  • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
  • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date

For stays over 27 nights the cancellation terms might depend on the specific agreement with the host, on the length of the requested stay, and on city local regulations.
