This is a very spacious, bright modern flat with floor to ceiling bay windows. The flat has 2 bedrooms and up to 6 people. Everything in the flat is new and convenient, making it the ideal base to enjoy your time in London. The location is fantastic too, in the heart of vibrant Islington, minutes away from Angel and the shops of Upper street, as well as from the action of Old street and the buzz of the City. Very easy access to public transportation (10 min walk)

Welcome to my home and welcome to this amazing city! This is a contemporary and modern flat with 2 bedrooms. Let me walk you through it a little more... The apartment has a really spacious and airy living room which has a real family feel to it and it has floor-to-ceiling bay windows. There is a comfy sofa which is a sofa-deb perfect for 2 adults. The living rooms comes with a flat screen TV and is integrated with the dining area, perfect place to taste the local delicacies. If cooking a gourmet meal at home is more your thing, then rest assured the kitchen will have everything you need in it such as all the basic condiments, and as an added extra we make sure that there is also always plenty of tea, coffee and sugar so that you can make yourself a traditional British cuppa in the morning! There are also all the mod-cons such as toaster, kettle and dishwasher that you might expect. We really want to ensure that you have a comfortable stay here in London! There are 2 bedrooms in the house. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and bedroom number two has a double, don´t forget about the comfy sofa-bed in the living room. All the bedrooms are spacious and have plenty of storage space for guests to store all their belongings. Finally, the apartment has 2 bathrooms. Both bathrooms are bright and contemporary in style and one has a bath (which really is a treat in central London)! The bathrooms will always come stocked with plenty of white fluffy towels and all the essential toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap that you need to ensure that you have a comfortable stay in London.

Check-in

Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.

Access

  • The flat is located on the first floor of the building. It can be accessed by taking the elevator. To access building please use door code: C3598Z. When checking out please use external mailbox located on the ground floor of the building (Mailbox Number 1).

Cancellation Policy

For stays up to 27 nights, the cancellation policy is:

  • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
  • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
  • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date

For stays over 27 nights the cancellation terms might depend on the specific agreement with the host, on the length of the requested stay, and on city local regulations.
