The space

My stylish two-bedroom apartment is the perfect base when visiting London. Conveniently located in the exciting area of Marylebone and with great transport links, you’ll be right in the hub of the city but able to escape the hustle and bustle! The living area is light and airy with a beautiful, modern design and lovely finishing touches. Relax on the sofa, hang out with your friends, make yourself at home! It’s a welcoming and inviting space where you can kick back. If cooking is your thing, you’re going to love spending time in the stylish kitchen. All the appliances are modern and easy to use - you’ll enjoy showing off your culinary skills here! There’s even a welcome pack stuffed full of coffee, tea (of course!), and proper English scones. The master bedroom has a super comfortable double bed and, with fresh luxury linens, what more do you need for a good night’s sleep? You don’t have to live out of your suitcase; plenty of storage room means you can get unpacking and start feeling at home right away. There is a further bedroom with another comfortable double bed. Freshen up in the luxurious bathroom - enjoy a soak in the large tub/wake up in the mornings with the fantastic shower. White fluffy towels and shampoo are provided! My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay.

Neighbourhood

Marylebone is a chic residential area of central London with plenty of high-end restaurants and boutiques. Two of London’s prettiest parks, Regents Park and Hyde Park, are within walking distance. The ever-popular Madame Tussauds is right next-door, so you can join the front of the queue early! The less known (and free!) museum, The Wallace Collection, boasts an amazing display of priceless art and is well worth a visit. Also nearby are Oxford Street and Regents Street, where the best high street and high-end shops have their flagship stores. Alternatively, hop on the tube to easily explore all the sites in London.

Access

Guests have access to the entire property.

Marylebone is an attractive area in central London, with upmarket shops and eateries along its high street that will spoil you for choice. On Sundays, there is even a farmers’ market full of fresh produce. Great places to eat and drink include the Crown & Sceptre and Aubaine.

If you want to see some real London icons, take a trip to the Sherlock Holmes Museum or walk around Regent’s Park and visit the Queen Mary’s Rose Garden, or the Italian Water Gardens in Hyde Park where carved historic pools, fountains, and sculptures are sure to delight.

In the heart of the city, and a stone’s throw from the bustling Oxford Street (shops galore), Marylebone still manages to maintain a delightful village feel, making it a magical place to be in London.

Check-in

Our check-in time is preferred from 3PM onwards, however, we understand that sometimes travel needs to be flexible. After booking, please enquire about an earlier check-in with our team – we will always facilitate bag drops for early arrivals.

Access

  • The home is on the ground floor of the building and can be accessed from street level. There is one flight of stairs within the home.

Amenities

  • The sofa in the living room converts into a double sofa bed.

Noise

  • The home is in a shared residential building. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

Cancellation Policy

For stays up to 27 nights, the cancellation policy is:

  • 100% refund – If canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation
  • 50% refund – if canceled 7 or more days prior to check-in date
  • 0% refund – if canceled within 7 days of check-in date

For stays over 27 nights the cancellation terms might depend on the specific agreement with the host, on the length of the requested stay, and on city local regulations.
