My stylish 1 bedroom apartment is the perfect base when visiting London. Conveniently located in the exciting area of Little Venice and with great transport links, you’ll be right in the hub of the city but able to escape the hustle and bustle! The living area is light and airy with a beautiful, modern design and lovely finishing touches. Relax on the sofa, hang out, make yourself at home! It’s a welcoming and inviting space where you can kick back. If cooking is your thing, you’re going to love spending time in the stylish, open-plan kitchen. All the appliances are modern and easy to use - you’ll enjoy showing off your culinary skills here! There’s even a welcome pack stuffed full of coffee, tea (of course!), and proper English scones. The master bedroom has a super comfortable [size of bed] bed and, with fresh luxury linens, what more do you need for a good night’s sleep? You’ll even have these for the sofa bed! You don’t have to live out of your suitcase; plenty of storage room means you can get unpacking and start feeling at home right away. Freshen up in the lovely bathroom - enjoy a soak in the large tub or wake up in the mornings with the fantastic shower. White fluffy towels and shampoo are provided! My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay.
Maida Vale is a leafy and safe area in central London and close to St Johns Wood, Primrose Hill and Notting Hill. There are quality local shops, cafes and restaurants on the same road and even a boutique cinema very near by. Maida Vale is in the same area as beautiful Little Venice and the flat is close to Warwick Avenue and Maida Vale tube stations. Regent’s Canal: This really is such a beautiful and special part of London, peaceful but close enough to the hustle and bustle. The canal is so tranquil - such a treat in the middle of a city to feel such quiet. And yet, just a stone’s throw away is one of the most exciting areas! Packed full of great restaurants, buzzy bars, and sights to see. Regent’s Canal runs from Paddington to Limehouse in East London - you can walk along the towpath all the way there. It’s a great way to see the city. Alternatively, you can get a boat (there are various waterbuses) and explore that way. There is so much to do and try around here - you’re going to have a great time exploring. Nearby Paddington has so much to offer: Santorini Restaurant is a great independent Greek restaurant with a fantastic atmosphere and even better food. Definitely get the halloumi! Beany Green in Sheldon Square is a fun Aussie-run independent coffee shop/restaurant with great brunchy food! Go here for great coffee and avocado mash on toast if you're in the mood. Farmacy on Westbourne Grove is the place to go for terrific vegetarian or vegan food; this is a spot to not be missed - gourmet vegan-friendly food with scrumptious flavors! Flavors Of India on Gloucester Terrace is a little authentic Indian restaurant with great atmosphere - my favorite spot for a good curry! And so conveniently located. You'll be able to smell the spices as you walk by. Head to Leclerc & Laurent for French food (pastries, deli food) and coffee. Great spot for brunch! There are plenty of restaurants to choose from too. If burgers and beers are your thing, Lockhouse is the place to be. They won ‘Best Signature Burger’ a the National Burger Awards 2017. They also do a great bottomless brunch. Heist Bank has a great selection of local beers and delicious pizzas. For a lovely day out, take the canal towpath to Sheldon Square, a grassy amphitheatre surrounded by restaurants, outdoor free ping pong, and free big screen shows in the summer see the world-famous Thomas Heatherwick's Rolling Bridge and Paddington’s Fan Bridge in action on Wednesdays and Fridays at midday. Hop on a canal boat from Little Venice to Camden, or test your balance and hire a paddle board! Norfolk Square Gardens and Talbot Square Gardens are ideal picnic spots, with deck chairs, ping pong, and giant chess. For those who enjoy a longer waterside walk, it is possible to follow the Regent’s Canal to ZSL London Zoo.
Guests will have access to the entire property and roof terrace.
